The crew at Biggby is always smiling and friendly!
Drinks have always been great. The mellow hot chocolate is great and I highly recommend the strawberry shortcake. Staff has always been great, which isn’t always easy. Breakfast rush can be rough for workers who have to deal with inconsiderate customers.
I cannot believe the person who demanded the phone number for the manger and called them. Shame on you for harassing the staff.

Good coffee, love Wednesday BOGO
First stop here at Biggby, and it was a terrible experience. I ordered a Hot Caramel Apple Cider, which I get often from other Biggby locations and usually love. This one, however, tasted expired and was missing the whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon that normally come with it.
The employees seemed inexperienced and didn’t know what they were doing. When I asked politely for the drink to be remade correctly, the employee refused. I then asked for a refund, but she said she couldn’t do that because no manager was on site. I asked her to call the manager, and after waiting about 5 minutes, she told me the manager said they couldn’t give a refund but could offer a buy-one-get-one-free coupon instead.
I explained that wasn’t acceptable and asked for manager contact number. She provide me with Morgan number ,When I called the number myself, she answered very upset and rude, asking how I got her number. I told her it came from her own coworker. Shortly after that, she said she spoke again with her coworker and finally gave me my refund.
About five minutes later, a man called me back—not Morgan—to ask if I had received my money. I began to explain that my concern wasn’t just the refund but the poor quality of the drink and the service, but he interrupted me, saying rudely, “It’s a yes or no question, did you get your money back?” When I said yes, he responded, “Okay, don’t come back again.”
I was shocked by how disrespectful and unprofessional this entire interaction was. Even if they own this franchise location, they still have to follow Biggby’s corporate standards, rules, and policies. You can’t just do business however you want and treat customers this way.
After reading other Google reviews, I noticed that multiple customers have reported the same kinds of issues at this location so clearly, I’m not the only one who has experienced poor service and unprofessional behavior.
If you don’t want to follow the franchise rules, then operate under your own name and deal with customers however you like—but don’t represent the Biggby brand while behaving this way.
I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Biggby corporate office about this .

Thank you for the great experience today. Princess was excited to meet new hooman friends that were so kind and professional. My food and drink was perfect and the location is beautiful. Thank you to the ladies who made my puggy's day, this was her 2nd pup cup experience
The worker we had was not trained properly. She didn’t know what she was doing. She took 20 minutes to give me my stuff after taking my money And she got my order wrong and almost forgot my sandwich so I had to ask her for it back. I wasn’t gonna sit around waiting for somebody to make me another coffee. She gave me a hot pumpkin pumpkin spice latte when I asked for an ice pumpkin spice latte

I tried their cold pumpkin coffee drink. I like pumpkin pie. I like coffee. So I wanted to try it. The picture makes it look like there is a fair blend of the two. I took one sip and almost spit it out. Tried a second sip hoping it would taste better. Nope. It tasted like an over-empowering spiced pumpkin candle. I went back immediately trying to get my money back but they wouldn't. So I just asked them to throw it away for me. Almost $7 down the drain.
Attempted to try for the first time. Through the speaker they said they'd be just a moment.. but it took so long I gave up and left. Car behind me did the same and followed me out. Appears there was just one person working the whole shop.
I only give 3 stars because it's always 50/50 chances on if my drink gets double blended the first time. Staff is friendly so thats a bonus.

Been here about 10 times, order my wife the same drink every time. About 8 of 10 times, the drink has been incorrect or insufficient. Either the wrong topping is put on or it's about half full. Kinda weird a new coffee shop that's supposed to set the tone for the rest of the businesses future is consistently messing up orders. NOT THAT HARD to make drinks.
