Drinks have always been great. The mellow hot chocolate is great and I highly recommend the strawberry shortcake. Staff has always been great, which isn’t always easy. Breakfast rush can be rough for workers who have to deal with inconsiderate customers.

I cannot believe the person who demanded the phone number for the manger and called them. Shame on you for harassing the staff.

Thank you for the great experience today. Princess was excited to meet new hooman friends that were so kind and professional. My food and drink was perfect and the location is beautiful. Thank you to the ladies who made my puggy's day, this was her 2nd pup cup experience

Since the soft opening to now it's been great workers great drinks and great food. We've ordered 5 drinks and 4 bagels each time we've gone and while the wait is there for the 4 bagels they haven't messed up or been rude. They just making your drinks and food as ordered and doing the darn thing right!
