This place is wonderful! Authentic Chinese Cuisine. This Restaurant is under new ownership. The food is fresh and delicious. I got the Spring Rolls and Szechuan Chicken. Dine In or Take Out style. Local support here. Quiet, lovely place to enjoy while in Vicksburg, Michigan. Very calm and enjoyable.

Typical fast Chinese food ambiance, I ordered take out for 6 people, took about 20 mins. The owner/operator was very agreeable and aimed to please. China 1 reminded me of the countless Chinese takeout I grew up on in New York and for the most part the traditional chicken dishes were all tasty like I remember. General Tso, orange chicken, sesame chicken were all delicious. The veg and beef lo mein was tasty and not at all oily. I wish the local Chinese take out near me was more of their quality.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant around! We did takeout and, as always, it was exactly what we had ordered and it was DELICIOUS!!! I love that you can order online and go pick it up. We've never eaten in as they have very limited seating, but for takeout, this place is #1. I highly recommend their sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein, and of course, their crab rangoons.

Very good food, great service. A large to-go, online order was ready within 5 minutes of my arrival. They remembered to add 3 free egg rolls I had forgotten to add to our order.

Good food but they never have your order ready. Just take that in to factor when you order. They don't start until you show up to pick it up.
I recently went to China 1 for a visit as my family and I were touring around the states, we were missing some home cooked Chinese food. We ordered a chicken fried rice along with a friend chicken. We were truly amazed by the food quality as food was surprisingly good and authentic. They do not have a lot of seating though, hence most customers order take out when they come in.
Seeing that I have kids with me, the owner was also very nice enough to have treated us with a lobster sauce dish on the side. The lobster sauce was divine! Lobster sauce with chopped vegetables and seafood on the side on top of rice, my kids just finished their meal in a blink. All in all we are super thankful for the owner’s care and hospitality. I am originally from Hong Kong, however moved to Toronto recently, coming from a Chinese background I am very thankful to be able to have a taste of home when you are away from home.
Thank you China 1. We will definitely drop by when we are in town again!
