Had the coconut curry salmon special tonight. Probably the best salmon I’ve ever had. Generous portion of house made mashed potatoes, carrots, and a nice little garlic toast. Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful service, great food. We had the barbecue sandwich and a quesadilla. There were plenty of seat-yourself tables available, but the outdoor seating was closed due to construction. TVs appeared to be easy to view from most tables. Layout is narrow from the entry to the bar, which opens up again.

My wife and I were able to meet up with former co-workers at Vickers Lakeside Tavern. The food was good and our server was courteous and responsive. We also enjoyed the atmosphere. We had a very nice dining experience and we will probably return for another meal.

Chose to come eat here because we had found it on Google and I was passing through the area. This place is top notch!! 15/10 would absolutely recommend this place to all of my friends! We will definitely be coming back to eat here! I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich out of hoagie and it was absolutely mouth-watering! Definitely stop in at this amazing place!!
This place rocks. It wasn't always this good, but the last few years they stepped up their game. Salads are good but not cut up enough. The wings are super good. Too bad the prices are high. They seemed to be 2 bucks more then a lot of dishes are. 16 dollar salad is rough. Doesn't 14 sound better. Its not liks I have a allergy to expensiveness, it should be cheaper for a salad and drinks as well. If you're a vickbugian then this place is better the Main street pub but not as good as hideaway (prices). If hideaway is packed (like always) this place is a good choice over a lot of places

August 1 2025 we sat down at the outside area and there was maybe 10 people there at the time around 4pm. No service no one even acknowledged we were there we waited 15 then left. Manager on duty??

Worth the drive from Kalamazoo. I love sitting on the deck, with its stately tree in the middle and gorgeous lakeside views. Last night a friend and I tried The Bacon Jammy (a new burger) and loved it! Yummy mix of flavors, gooey in the best way, with crispy edges on our (medium rare) burger. Wow! Another menu favorite is the Smokestack Sammy. Our server, Shelby, deserves rave reviews too. Thanks for the love, Vickers’ Lakeside Tavern!
