The quality of the food is very good. One of the better Arby's branches in GR when it comes to that. The service and staff on the other hand, not so much. Sometimes they are super nice and professional (usually the new college student) but I've had several incidents where the staff was quite rude for no reason.

They mess up my order literally every time I come here. I complained to the store manager and they said I could get a free meal the next time I came. So the next time I show up I tell them what the store manager told me and they said no, they aren’t going to honor that. This location is not organized or managed well at all.

Food was great! Everything was hot and crispy! Iced Tea was fresh and tasty! I only went thru the drive thru so I can't speak as to the inside. Drive thru worker was quick and friendly!

Food specially the fish sandwich was practically all batter u have to search to find the fish just horrible
Ordered #6 burger. Flavorless, grey peice of meat. The texture was strange and stuck together like some kinda glue filler. Dressed up like a burger. The burger was sloppy and impossible to try and eat anyways. Worst burger ever. Don't waste your money. I threw it out.

Sat in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes tonight and no one ever took my order.
6:30 on a Friday night and there was one other table being used. Pretty quiet. Food was classic Arby's though.

I was the only person inside the store, I ordered a brisket sandwich and they gave me a sandwich with old dried out brisket pieces and they did not put the cheese on it.

last 3 times I have been this Arby's they have yet to get my food right. I'm lactose intolerant and order a regular sandwich meal and every times its a cheese one. last time I explicitly said I have a dairy allergy and still the same thing. I wish they had a screen like other establishments to ensure your order is correct. I like the food but will never go there again as I have to throw the food away. Essentially it costs me $12 for a medium coke and fry's.
