The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the seasonal headbands and own flair. The food is good as always, please bring back steak nuggets! The dining area was clean an organized. The ladies room could use a coat/bag hook as there is no where to place it but on the floor. Rang the bell on the way out!

Ordered a regular roast beef. Got home and found 3 chunks of chewy inedible roast beef inside my sandwich. Not sliced. Threw it away immediately. Inedible. I literally could not chew it. Not driving back at 10:30 pm. What even is this sandwich?!

Letting customers know you're backed up helps us plan our day and want to come back. Drive through order. Had to pull around and wait for my food, fine, do did everyone else that was in the drive through. Told the guy not to forget a bunch of Arby's Sauce and Three Pepper Spice sauce. Order was out within 5 minutes, perfect but they forgot my shake. Food was correct but no three price sauce. 3 stars for average service.

They forgot my kids fries. No biggie. But after waiting 20 minutes??? Lady in drive thru was super nice, for whatever that's worth. The building exterior and parking lot weren't in the best shape, hence the low atmosphere rating. Nothing like a bit of attention and clean up to spruce up a place.

Terrible experience i get there at 9:04 and the app says the food would be ready that’s a lie. I waited 15 minutes staff was very rude and there were a ton of health code violations. Food was left out, trash was sitting in dining room for 20 minutes. Whoever is the manager there needs to do a better job. How do you have only one person doing everything? Also the girl who was bagging the food didn’t even no which order she was bagging. Very unimpressed.
