They forgot my kids fries. No biggie. But after waiting 20 minutes??? Lady in drive thru was super nice, for whatever that's worth. The building exterior and parking lot weren't in the best shape, hence the low atmosphere rating. Nothing like a bit of attention and clean up to spruce up a place.

Terrible experience i get there at 9:04 and the app says the food would be ready that’s a lie. I waited 15 minutes staff was very rude and there were a ton of health code violations. Food was left out, trash was sitting in dining room for 20 minutes. Whoever is the manager there needs to do a better job. How do you have only one person doing everything? Also the girl who was bagging the food didn’t even no which order she was bagging. Very unimpressed.

Do not order on the app and think that it won't be changed at the counter they do not give refunds so don't waste your time make sure your stuff is straight sat for 30 minutes just to get a refund for a crinkle fry over curly

I was just left an event at a nearby Church and was very hungry. It was late at night and I was worried about upsetting fast food employees getting food so late. The young lady on the comm system was so kind and welcoming! She even gave us suggestions for how to save some money and shared some amazing deals that were going on, even though it would take her more work! She was so joyful and guaranteed us fresh food. It was an amazing experience! I’m not from around but man did I feel at home! So thankful for this experience!

Amazing staff!! I drove up to the drive thru tired and hungry at 12:15 and was greeted by a cheerful hello by a most pleasant young woman. She assured me that all the food would be hot and fresh and boy was she right. The food tasted amazing but the most memorable thing was the amazing service from the night team. A big hoorah to this Arby’s!!
