Just got breakfast, they labeled the sandwiches wrong, roommate didn't notice and I dislike ham... my sandwich got eaten..
The oast three visits I've gotten a different number on my biggby rewards as well.
First I was told 11, then I was told the next was free, haven't gotten coffee since then, now it's only two points?
It feels like someone used my damn card.
The service is slow they are under staffed, and overall just depressing...I've worked here and it used to be okay but they don't treat their employees well enough for them to work good enough

Seriously understaffed. Three people ahead of me in line, I ordered two drinks, and it took 40 minutes. If you’re going to have a drive through and customers inside as well, have enough staff to make that work. Not the fault of the people working, but not acceptable to have that sort of wait time.

I wish the service wasn't so slow. Biggy used to be our go to but 20 minutes for a coffee when that's your core business is a great way to go out of business. I counted 6 other cars leave the line this morning. It's really too bad

This location has untrained employees, poor leadership and is a messy. Avoid this location, or better yet avoid this whole Biggby Brand, it is overpriced junk!

Understaffed on a Wednesday morning at 9am. Management needs to help these poor girls have enough help to keep customers from waiting 15 minutes for a coffee.

I love Biggby! But this was a horrible experience. I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just for a coffee and bagel sandwich, which would’ve been fine if it was actually busy. There was a single car in front of me who had gotten one coffee (not a big order). When I finally got to the window, the service was still horrible. After waiting another 5 minutes for my sandwich, I left. When I took a sip of my coffee it wasn’t even what I’d ordered, and my sandwich was completely wrong as well. I am never one to complain, but after all that waiting and the lack of customer service, and on top of that my entire order was wrong… I decided to go in and ask for a refund. They begrudgingly offered a remake, but because I was already on a time crunch due to sitting in the drive-thru for way too long, I turned it down and asked for a refund. They said they could only have a manager do it. Which to me is a bit ridiculous. If only a manger can issue a refund, there should be a manager on every single shift. Overall very bad experience and I would never recommend anyone go to this location, until they staff correctly.

Extremely slow service. Ordered one drink at 10:45 with two people ahead of me in drive through. Got my drink at 11:00 After walking in would have been later if I hadn’t. One person was working very hard in there no one else was.
