3rd time coming to this location - 3rd time waiting 20+ minutes - 3rd time getting coffee that doesn't even taste like any flavor was added. I would have been better off grabbing gas station coffee.

I thoroughly enjoy this location, nests perfectly between my work and drive home. I rarely see BOGO anymore, and this location has faithfully stuck to tthe BOGO on Mondays. Definitely blessed & hopeful for memories and my favorite sips here!!!

I have been coming here my entire life, and while the food is usually decent, the service has gone completely downhill. If a business is OPEN, then the entire menu should be available—period. I came in at 7:00 PM, a FULL HOUR before closing, and was told the toaster was already turned off.

When I politely asked if they could simply plug it back in, the staff actually whispered to each other that “then we’d have to do the dishes again.” Excuse me??? You are still OPEN for another HOUR. That is literally what closing time means.

Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for expecting basic service during posted business hours. If you don’t want to serve the full menu, then change your hours. Extremely disappointing experience from a place that used to have standards.

I really want to like this place but they frequently mess up orders and are really rude to customers. Like I ordered a coffee and I got a cup of milk.

This location used to be amazing. I now avoid going to this location and don’t particularly want to give them my business. I’m not the type to leave reviews—even after a bad experience. But this location has pushed me over the edge. I ordered one coffee and I waited 30 minutes. 30 minutes for one coffee. This is not the first time I have had a ridiculous wait time. I will no longer be coming to this location considering how awful the service is.

I love this Bigby, and I love the drinks and the fact that it’s local. But wow the service here is extremely slow. At Starbucks 3 cars would’ve been done quickly, but here service is very slow.

Just got breakfast, they labeled the sandwiches wrong, roommate didn't notice and I dislike ham... my sandwich got eaten..
The oast three visits I've gotten a different number on my biggby rewards as well.
First I was told 11, then I was told the next was free, haven't gotten coffee since then, now it's only two points?
It feels like someone used my damn card.
The service is slow they are under staffed, and overall just depressing...I've worked here and it used to be okay but they don't treat their employees well enough for them to work good enough

Seriously understaffed. Three people ahead of me in line, I ordered two drinks, and it took 40 minutes. If you’re going to have a drive through and customers inside as well, have enough staff to make that work. Not the fault of the people working, but not acceptable to have that sort of wait time.

I wish the service wasn't so slow. Biggy used to be our go to but 20 minutes for a coffee when that's your core business is a great way to go out of business. I counted 6 other cars leave the line this morning. It's really too bad

Got a mocha mocha and a cookie butter both hot, both taste terrible and over flavored.Wouldn't mind the the wait in the drive through if the coffee came out like it supposed . Done with this location.
