They sometime close early on Saturday without notice. We've even called to verify they're open and come an hour later to find it closed. The workers are helpful enough and the price is right, but you can't randomly change your hours.

My wife and I have done business with them since they were on Alpine north of their present location. Very good deals on bakery products. They used to have a "punch card" that meant a reward when it was full. It can be a challenge to get in or out of the plaza this store but it is worth the time to visit.
