Every time I’ve gotten takeout from this place, they never put any sauce on the wings. If you’re thinking about getting takeout from here absolutely do not four times in a row. I’ve gotten plain chicken wings. They put like half a squirt that gets on maybe two of the 10 wings and then shake it up. You might as well just get a dry rub of whatever sauce you want.

Took 20 minutes for the server to even see us then after that we ordered I ordered fried pickles I asked 4 time after everyone got there food all the way till we got our checks when the fried pickles are coming!
I still have not gotten the fried pickles sadly
I like the setup of the place but management needs to get there stuff together

I'm so beyond frustrated. We came for a quick late lunch. Not very busy. Waited 15 for a server to talk to us. From the time we got there an hour for the food. 😞 when I asked for the manger and explained we had only seen the server to take our order and she never came back all he said was I'm sorry I will talk to her. NO as a manger if you know you are short staffed YOU find something/ someway to help. We were never offered anything to fix this issue. This is not the first time we have had slow service here and messed up to go orders. I am normally very understanding as I was a sever for years but this was absolutely not ok.... do better

Today, we placed an order for wings around 7:00PM. Per the email confirmation we received, the order was to be ready at 7:30PM. We arrived at the restaurant shortly after 7:30PM. We asked for the order and were told that it would only be a few minutes. We waited an additional 12 minutes before we approached the staff again and asked for the order. They figured out suddenly that our order didn’t make it back there and they hadn’t even started making it. We spoke with the manager and the only thing he offered was to refund the order. This is not the first time this has been an issue. 75% of the time we order from this restaurant, the order is wrong and late. If you cannot make online orders timely, you should not be accepting them. Your managers and front desk staff’s customer service skills are atrocious. Do NOT order from here.

Eating in is fine. DO NOT ORDER PICK UP!
1st time order waited 20minutes after it was supposed to be done. Got home and order was wrong.
2nd time order was done “on time”, but checked the bag and order was incorrect and they had to remake.
3rd and final time: got there on time and told it would be a few more minutes. Went up 10 minutes later and found out my order hadn’t reached the kitchen. I requested a refund and left. The manager and front counter girl were rude.

Honestly, it seems like their goal is to lose customers at this point.

Everything was great, the $10 endless apps is an amazing deal. My only complaint is that our waitress was slow and seemed to forget about our table a little.

The bartender (Shayly) was not a good bartender. She was busy on her phone while drinking her shake from McDonalds. I asked her twice for silverware and napkins and I never received them. She was more interested with flirting with the other male bartender. We come in there many times a month but we will not be coming back

placed an online order with my boyfriend, waited for it then he went to go grab it and then realized there was no drink, so he went back in and then we’re on our way home and realize we both don’t have our fries( yeah we could have checked before we left but also maybe just do your job and put the fries in the bag) so we drive back and go in for the 3rd time just for the worker to be non-apologetic and in a rush, almost cutting us off walking back into the kitchen

I am done with Alpine B-dubs. The wings were awful. They were very dry and 3 were crunchy to the bone….GROSS. The fried pickles were doughy and clumped together….for 10 bucks! YUCK! Total buyers remorse. Not again. I’m done. This isn’t the 1st time. They do not care.
