placed an online order with my boyfriend, waited for it then he went to go grab it and then realized there was no drink, so he went back in and then we’re on our way home and realize we both don’t have our fries( yeah we could have checked before we left but also maybe just do your job and put the fries in the bag) so we drive back and go in for the 3rd time just for the worker to be non-apologetic and in a rush, almost cutting us off walking back into the kitchen

I am done with Alpine B-dubs. The wings were awful. They were very dry and 3 were crunchy to the bone….GROSS. The fried pickles were doughy and clumped together….for 10 bucks! YUCK! Total buyers remorse. Not again. I’m done. This isn’t the 1st time. They do not care.

we came in and had libbey as our server. absolutely wonderful, she communicated very well & replaced food as the kitchen staff needs to get it figured tf out. walked by to use restroom and it was backed up beyond belief. fries were cold, messed up my sandwich. not that hard to read a order. we were over 2 hours & it was not busy at all. praise libbey for her great service, they should count themselves lucky to have a server like her.

It was terrible. I waited at the bar for 18 minutes and the bar tender walked past me 5 different times without greeting me. In that same time frame, four other couples made it to the bar and were not only greeted, but served their beverage right away. Other employees also noticed my lack of a drink or attention and no one spoke up. I hate to bring race in - but as the only African American at the bar, I felt completely invisible - especially as the other groups being served instantly were not African American.

Terribly managed restaurant. Waited over 45 minutes to seat, when originally told 20 minutes. No sense of urgency to seat anybody, stood and stared at 3+ open 6 person tables sit for at least 20 minutes. I get you’re busy, but to sit there and neglect people standing in front of you while you’re doing takeout orders is ridiculous. We finally left and walked next door.

Very disappointed I used to order every Saturday night to go and stop because of meals became wrong today I order on the app at 545 said pick up and ready at 610 walk on the door at 605 told them my name and was told 5 to 10 minute more which i was fine with 30 minutes go by 9 people walk in with a order place and left before I did i eneded up canceling my order this isn't my first time this year it ridiculous

Made me and my friends feel more than welcome and at home, interacted with each of us personally and never fails to lift our spirits. As long as she is there, my whole friend group will continue to make stops at this location for the foreseeable future.

My boyfriend and I came in to watch the Lions vs Vikings game. Our server was Emma (Em). It seemed like she was overwhelmed a little bit by how busy the restaurant was. But it didn’t stop her from being beyond incredible! She was kind, attentive, and one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere we’ve gone before. Her service was incredible and she always had a smile. She deserves a raise! Thank you Emma!
