Ordered lunch for 7 people for takeout last weekend. My mistake not to check the bags before leaving, found out when we got home that they forgot to include the grilled nuggets we ordered (and this was probably the most important thing, since it was for someone with a dietary restriction and honestly was the reason we drove 15 minutes to go here, rather than someplace closer, and cheaper). On the plus side, we didn’t have to wait too long for our order when we arrived, and the food we did get was of the usual high quality. We tried calling the store to advise of the missing item, but those calls are sent to a corporate center, where they would not refund the price of missing item or really do anything to resolve the matter on the spot. Instead, the complaint was forwarded to the store, which later sent a coupon for a free item on a future visit. Eh, not too impressed by that process.

This location makes great food, but do not go here for breakfast. I have been here at least 5 times and they are always out of biscuits. Even when there is plenty of breakfast time left they refuse to make more biscuits. McDonald’s never runs out of biscuits. I make a special trip out here on many Saturdays because that’s the only day of the well I can get the breakfast and they are frequently out of biscuits. I don’t understand management here if you run out all the time why don’t you make more? And it’s irritating they always they to sell me a muffin. Well people don’t like muffins. That’s why the biscuits always run out. Every time I just leave and go to the McDonald’s across the street for their subpar biscuit, they always have them in stock.

This was only my 2nd visit and I needed to read the menu. The gal taking the order was so kind and helpful! She didn't mind if i held up the line. She answered all my questions with a smile on her face. The food was amazing! Thank you! I'll be coming back again soon.

Orders are confirmed missing half of it once they get it right and get to the window you can almost bet it's wrong. Soup with no spoon I mean does it need to on a poster in front of em to put a spoon with soup?? Order of fries tasted like someone thought it was to much work to use a salt shaker and simply dumped a pound on em...they never get condiments right any longer. One employee was complaining the jobs to hard and she needed a break...from handing drinks and bags of food to a car??..really?? When your in line of cars and not up to the menu the staff taking orders don't even carry a menu when you ask its like we asked "can you land a space shuttle"...I knew this would happen after staff was trained for the opening period.

I recently had a bad experience with this Chick-fil-A, and I had called and went through their customer service process and I can therefore testify to the speed and care at which they take care of and delight their guests if they have a complaint. The situation was quickly made right and I just wanted to leave a review to express my happiness at this store and the brand itself for caring a good deal about the people that they serve.

Food was good. Still can’t believe how small the cut up pieces of chicken are, for the price! The drive through was so slow!! Why don’t they open up two lanes past where you order? Workers were friendly. Sometimes they give you a bonus card for waiting extra but I wasn’t given anything. It was a LONG wait.

i come here mon-fri for work but they keep messing up my orders. today i ordered my normal 4 ct strip but received a 8peice nugget. i did go back to get my strips ofc, not giving them free money. but this keeps getting me upset, i had to waste an extra 20 mins of my break just to get my food. i wish i was reimbursed for these. another time they added tomato and pickle on my sandwich, I HATE warm pickles and tomatoes but im fine just taking those off. this shouldn’t keep happening to me, especially paying them over $200 a month!
