Pizza is awful. First time there and didn't know anything about the cards or points you could earn. They explained nothing. Junk prizes and too expensive to buy them. Basically it's a kids casino with bad food.
"Where are kid can be a kid" only for money. The floor was so sticky and dirty that the $12 socks were had to buy for the trampoline experience were black when we left. We also spent $200 and which is more than a birthday package but when we asked for our granddaughter to have a turn in the ticket tornado we were told "you should have booked a party" The very idea that they claim it has anything to do with making kids happy is false...pay or leave. Even when we left we were told we needed to take a selfie to show we were leaving with the group we came with but no one was at the door when we left. We won't be back

Has gotten too pricy
We had an excellent time. We ordered pizza and a cake for my godson's birthday, impromptu. Pizza was great, cake also! Unlimited refill drinks(pretty cheap), Unlimited play for 2 hours(with coupon and only cost $31) and Chucky came to the table to sing Happy Birthday! We were all exhausted by the time the 2hours of play was over, and soooo Happy with our time here!!
Kid-friendliness: When they say "where a kid can be a kid" they mean it, they can run and play without the fear of being taken by the wrong person!

I really don't like that the new add on trampoline area costs an extra fee of 12 dollars per child!! It's kinda bs that my toddlers wants to go in but we already spent money on the hour of video games and pizza. Is this cedar point?? It's a couple trampolines and it's not right that you are charging extra, or at least 12 dollars!! If you charged 3 dollars per child your ROI would be covered because more parents would pay for it. Ridiculous how greedy companies are becoming, especially knowing that it's manipulation of kids who will whine and beg to go jump in there but that's just too expensive. We will go to urban air or sky zone where there is much more to do and a lot cheaper.

The girl that helped my kids and I throughout the evening was exceptional. She was super helpful, informational and very caring towards my toddlers.

My children enjoyed the experience. The food was a bit overpriced, but since it was for the kids, it is worth the trip.

Staff was amazing, super nice, and even though we were the only people there, they still sent out Chuck for my sons bday. The pizza was great, and the place was super clean. The only reason is that it's not 5 stars is the food is a bit overpriced for what it is, and the games even for my 7 and 4 yr old were a bit underwhelming. We will definitely be back though it was a great experience.
