We love coming here! It's clean and the staff is great. Today I observed this young gentleman watching over the adventure zone. He was great with the kids and I thought it should be acknowledged. So I'd like to say Thank you to this individual, my daughter found you very entertaining.
Grandkids always have a great time!
I delivered a large new game here. The management and staff were very nice and friendly! They gave me a cheese pizza. Originally being from the East Coast, I’m a pizza snob. The pizza here is A-1! Walking inside, I was impressed! It’s a wonderful atmosphere!

Ordering for delivery is much more preferable to actually visiting in person. The pizza was prepared and delivered quickly. When it arrived it was both fresh and hot.

I recently had my son 1st birthday party at this location. I believe the manager name was David. He was extremely helpful, and made sure everything was how it was suppose to be. Will be returning back! The food was amazing

Haven't been here yet
Don't get the yearly fun pass, it's a scam. Somehow the manager at Chuck E cheese can't help you with it. Drove 25 minutes here today with a 5 yo expecting to have fun. They couldn't find my gold pass and instructed me how to look it up online. When I found it, it said that my payment for this month was declined. So I showed them the notification that I got from my bank when it was paid right on time like it was supposed to be. Then I was given a number to call. I called the number and was transferred to a voicemail. The manager just shrugged his shoulders and said that they don't have anything to do with the Chuck E Cheese memberships bought through the Chuck E Cheese website.. all the while my 5yo is waiting too. So I paid it again for his sake but I'm fuming.
I usually go to the 28th St location and I can't help but think the manager there would have at least acted like he gave a shit.
Fun for my kids getting pretty expensive but still lots of fun

Pizza is awful. First time there and didn't know anything about the cards or points you could earn. They explained nothing. Junk prizes and too expensive to buy them. Basically it's a kids casino with bad food.
"Where are kid can be a kid" only for money. The floor was so sticky and dirty that the $12 socks were had to buy for the trampoline experience were black when we left. We also spent $200 and which is more than a birthday package but when we asked for our granddaughter to have a turn in the ticket tornado we were told "you should have booked a party" The very idea that they claim it has anything to do with making kids happy is false...pay or leave. Even when we left we were told we needed to take a selfie to show we were leaving with the group we came with but no one was at the door when we left. We won't be back
