I did curdside pickup for a reason, so I didn’t have to get out of my car and I would have hot food delivered to my car. I got to the spot, waited patiently in my car for 15 minute after the time it was suppose to ready, got out of my car, went inside to an empty counter with three employees standing around. Where was my food? Sitting on a shelf getting cold…. Now I’m home eating cold Culver’s. This is laziness at its finest. Do better. This is a chronic issue. I have had to go inside to get my COLD food on the shelf 3 times. DO BETTER!

Just want to give some honest feedback hoping management sees it and adjusts before you lose more guests. Fourth time now I’ve ordered online curd side and the order either took an additional 15+ minutes than quoted, or they simply didn’t bring it out to the lot and it was cold on the rack. Employees just seem absent minded, or are talking amongst each other and prioritizing anything but the customer. However, they are always super kind. That isn’t the issue. But that only takes you so far. Might also want to let the kitchen know the lobby can indeed hear them…

Order is usually correct, don’t usually forget items, but the night crew definitely needs trained the guests come first before closing tasks, and the order times are absurd for how slow it is and how many staff are working.

Man , I have spent some big time money here. I will never go to this location again. I had a big order they forgot 2 meals. No big deal but never returned a call at least. So I’m out $24 lol. Smh !

All I ordered was a concrete mixer which I assume shouldn't take more than 5 minutes, but I've been waiting for more than half an hour while several cars have received their orders. I don't know what's going on but they need to pay attention and fix it.

Edit: It looks like they don't even know what I ordered. Showed up at 7:30pm and left at 8:15pm. My friend recommended this, and now I'll expect the same service. It'll be some time until I see some decent service.

I was surprised that they only give one pack of salad dressing for that big garden salad. I asked for another and got it! Thanks.
PS. It would be ideal to put the chicken in a separate hot bag so the lettuce won’t be soggy by the time you arrive home to eat it.

Order to meals for over 30$ on the app it it said it would be ready at 7:40pm I got there 10 minutes early because I was in the area I texted I’m here through text, email, and the app it was past 8:00pm now. I was still waiting, cars came way after me & got there’s first, talked to an employee who said he would grab it then waited another 15 minutes mind you it’s past 8:10 now had to ask again then FINALLY received my food & the fries and burgers I order were not even barley warm so why did I wait so long if my order has been ready just sitting there & they were serving customers on curbside who got there way after me it doesn’t make sense. Definitely want my refund & will not be coming here again

Trash. Burger was unseasoned and raw in the middle. Fries were undercooked and the dude who brought me the food was looking at me weird as hell and smirking like he did something to my food(not saying he did, but it was weird as hell) .. just straight up garbage. Wasted my money to only eat half the fries and a root beer.

At 8:23pm, I had asked for a refund of $67.97 for a carry out order.
One of the food service workers was touching herself repeatedly including putting her hand in the back of her pants while touching everything in front of everyone. I had said excuse me, " Can you kindly walk away, change your gloves, & wash your hands?" The Culver's employee stopped stood for a moment, gave me a dirty look while rolling her eyes & said not right now.
I replied back with then I would like a full refund because that is not how you work in food service. It's quite obvious that this establishment would rather turn away profit then doing the right thing.
My recommendation would be that the staff including the manager that had given me the refund be educated in food service as well as customer service.
The staffs hair should be above the neckline with a hat or hairnet. Practice good hand washing techniques. Further more, someone who tells me not right now is concerning in several ways. Maybe the health department needs to pay a visit. Secret shoppers is also a good idea to observe this location.
Hopefully with this review it will go into the right hands & that Culver's cleans house! Take care!
