Food is always good, but every time I go here no matter the day, time, how many cars waiting, mobile order it takes between 15-20 minutes to receive food. I stopped going thru the drive thru because of the wait and started ordering from the mobile app, but this now is taking the same amount of time even when it gives you a time the order will be ready, pull up and still wait 10 minutes to get your desired time order that was supposed to be ready.

Tried to pick up a DoorDash and I can see both orders packed and ready in the window but employees continued to ignore me

Usually I have a great experience at this location! However, I just picked up an Uber Eats order. Nobody greeted me, I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes, finally, one of the employees reached over and grabbed the order and handed it to me, no greeting, no verification to make sure it was the correct order, just complete silence and didn't even make eye contact. Not sure what's going on, hopefully next time I have a better experience

Delicious chili and sweet creamy cole slaw.
The burgers are juicy and filling.
Great crinkle cut fries. Awesome with the chili.
The pot roast sandwich is really good.
Big and tasty chicken tenders.
I've had just about everything from Culver's and except for the fish and everything has been really good.

Didn’t have an elaborate order tonight. Spent 28 minutes waiting for my entire order. I was given 4 drinks, no drink carrier. Only half of the order came to the car after waiting 20 minutes. All chicken tenders were missed. I had to go inside to get the chicken tenders, minor inconvenience but not a huge deal. There was 7 employees that I could see, so well staffed. Now that I’m home, the tenders are massively over cooked. I don’t blame the kids that are working but they have clearly not been trained or have any proper leadership at this location this evening. If I owned this location I’d be embarrassed.

I ordered in the drive through and was given about half my food. I called when I got home and they said if I drove all the way back to the restaurant they would give me the rest of my food that I already paid for. I asked them to refund my money and they said they could not. I had to drive back to the restaurant with my credit card to get my money back for the food I paid for but they did not give me. I’ve never had a merchant make me come back to get a refund for food I was not given. And not once did anyone say anything approaching “I’m sorry we didn’t give you the good you paid for.” I can go elsewhere where I don’t get ripped off by rude people.

2 years later and this review still holds true. The runner forgot to bring me my malts, and my butter burger was missing and instead received pretzel bites. Highly recommend going to Freddys considering for the price paid the service is so poor here.

Worst experience I have ever had. I don’t know what happened but the staff could not get anyone’s orders right tonight. I had to drive back as they didn’t give me my wife’s dinner. Multiple customers were complaining. I normally have grace, but tonight this store should have closed versus offering the poor experience they were providing.
