Wouldn't bring a curbside order out, told me I had to go in. Asked the girl at the counter if she's sure everything is in the sealed bag and she says, yes packed it myself. Get home and find 1/3 of the order missing. Go back, no apology. Guess I should have checked but figured you can trust them to get fries in the bag. It's a big part of the job.

Came in today for lunch as I work at valvoline across the street, they had who addressed himself as the owner in today as well. It being halloween, the owner mentions eating all this candy that he brought in, when a worker asked if she could have a piece, he loud and clear said “No you can’t, when you become the owner and pay for it then you can have all you want”, then proceeds to walk out saying “all right time to go harass jenison” Loud and clear for the whole restaurant to hear. Nothing against the employees here at all, but feel bad for them having to deal with that type of higher up

Great stop I love how they make your food after you order
The customer service member Peyton was extremely rude to me. I asked him a simple question, and he instantly had an attitude and ignored me. I am not coming to this Culver’s again. Food was okay though.

Went through the drive through at 10:30, not busy. Sat outside the window waiting for about 8 minutes while our ice cream sat there the entire time. We made eye contact with a worker slowly meandering about as we were ignored multiple times. Finally got our ice cream for it to be completely melted. When we complained the worker only gave some excuse that they didn’t have any more shake mix. Likely story. I didn’t catch her name or I would call her out. Congratulations! Please do better.

I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been waiting all week for the flavor the day which was the dark chocolate peanut butter I was so excited. I got it in a cone and when I started eating it it was just plain chocolate ice cream. Nothing was mixed in. I paid a good amount for it so I’m extremely disappointed.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Culver’s. The cooks were pushing out so much food and the people up front couldn’t keep up. My food was cold, fries were soggy, and my drink was melted. My burger was tiny and they mixed my gluten free and a regular burger in the same bag. If I could give a zero I would.

Food is always good, but every time I go here no matter the day, time, how many cars waiting, mobile order it takes between 15-20 minutes to receive food. I stopped going thru the drive thru because of the wait and started ordering from the mobile app, but this now is taking the same amount of time even when it gives you a time the order will be ready, pull up and still wait 10 minutes to get your desired time order that was supposed to be ready.

Tried to pick up a DoorDash and I can see both orders packed and ready in the window but employees continued to ignore me
Usually I have a great experience at this location! However, I just picked up an Uber Eats order. Nobody greeted me, I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes, finally, one of the employees reached over and grabbed the order and handed it to me, no greeting, no verification to make sure it was the correct order, just complete silence and didn't even make eye contact. Not sure what's going on, hopefully next time I have a better experience
This Culver’s location always treats us well! Kevin is the nicest guy and knows how to leave his customers with a smile
