Only car in drive thru I was asked to pull forward. I asked for parmasean cheese and she assured me it would be in the bag. Nothing in bag and I guess my complaint is, if I'm paying 16 for lunch. I would appreciate simple condiments upon request.

Not sure how this place has 4.1 stars, this place is not how it used to be. The place smells weird especially in the opening, had to wear my coat in the dining room, switch out food thanks to rotting lettuce, and play my own music thanks to zero ambiance. At the end of the day the nostalgia was great but todays service/ food was not worth the $30

Dining in is no longer an option. Not sure what it was but something in the restaurant smelled like literal sewage, the dining area was freezing cold, and there was no music/ambience other than the employees openly swearing and talking about the lions. Food was good except for our salad which we had to switch out because it had spoiling lettuce.

Food was not bad , i ordered 2 slice pizza and moz bites , ate inside , inside was old and felt dirty . Food was decient , cool thing was they have me a free order vread sticks when i left.

Kayla and Benito at the Alpine Grand Rapids location are AMAZING!! They made sure our family had plenty of breadsticks, as well as phenomenal quality food. This Fazoli's location is the best in Michigan, as they always go above and beyond to ensure guests have a fantastic experience. Thank you, Kayla, Benito and crew!! We WILL be back, many times. Much better than Olive Garden!
