First time trying out Jersey Mike's Subs. Wow - I may have a new favorite sub shop!
Highly recommend the Hot Italian Sub - I had no idea what to expect, but this is a superior sandwich. The meat is chopped up (think Philly Cheesesteak) rather than slices - easier to eat.
Prices seem a little higher here than other sub shops, but worth it.

Placed a 7:30 pm pickup order at 1 pm. That's 6.5 hours lead time. Upon arrival, order was still not ready. Waited 20 minutes and asked for refund. Whomever owns this franchise should have it taken from them.

Jersey Mike's is so good. This one is always really busy but they move quickly and have great service. #42 is my personal favorite.

I had to wait quite a long time for an Uber Eats order during lunch rush (not the fault of the Jersey Mikes staff), but one of the staff members offered me a drink and I appreciate that. It also seemed like they were having a good time and chatting with the customers.
Very very good sandwiches. We get them all “Mike’s way” which is another way of saying loaded.

Was really excited to try it after we got it catered at work AND it was ok. Saw a commercial for the bowl so decided to try it. What a disappointment 😔 The commercial where the salad looked amazing and full and actual salad were an absolute disappointment. Ordered a club sandwich and the bowl. The salad was not great. They barely had any lettuce and the toppings were really skimpy and lacking. It was disappointing. The sandwich was just as lacking. The restaurant was clean and not busy. Customer service was not great, the girl seemed uninterested and bored..not very friendly. I wouldn't try them again because I felt it was no.value. the salad was skimpy and the sandwich was ok. I recommendation Potbelly Sandwich for a hot sandwiches. But I felt they were a bit high priced here for so.much less.
