Left Meijer Friday night decided to order pizza from Jets I have gone in an ordered because I was right there and I was going to get my daughter pizza and Jimmy John's for myself so I figured I'd order the pizza and go to Jimmy John's so I ordered extra ham pineapple extra cheese and turbo crust so the pizza ended up cost me about $16 for four pieces so when I get home I get a extra bacon pizza with a couple of pineapples and it was very very spicy made my daughter sick so I took a bite it made me sick to my stomach call Saturday they told me there wasn't a manager right now so I called today which is Monday, and let me just add this is the second time I have received bad food from them and I'm just tired of wasting my money on food and getting wrong orders etc, so when I call there today speak to a young lady and because the gentleman that was working on Friday didn't get my phone number just my name she treated me that as though I was a liar says well I don't know what you want me to do for you, also says well I don't know why they told you a manager wasn't here because there's always a manager here I did get upset because she made me feel like I was a liar when in actuality I work in the medical field and make $100,000 plus a year so she gets her general manager on the phone and he asked me what time I went and I'm like gosh I don't know 6 or '7 I'm not sure but let me look up my Meijer receipt on my mperks and I can tell you exactly what time I left Meijer so this point I'm livid and may have said a cuss not to him just as I was talking I shouldn't be about 2 or 3 minutes after that so I give him the time and it was a military time because the one that receipt said he must not know what military is so i gladly told him then he says well we're not getting anywhere I'm going to have the owner call you great I'm waiting to hear from you your employees should never treat people as though they are liars here are some pictures of my pizza and the last order that was wrong

Always quick and friendly service and always great pizza. Good customer atmosphere but rather noisy from the pizza ovens. But overall, I highly recommend this Jets location!

It was my first time to this Jet's Pizza location. I made my order online, so I can't tell you about the atmosphere of the store. The pizzas we got were very good! And the young man that took care of me when I arrived, was very attentive. Thank you for a great first experience!

Whatever you do do not order delivery from here whatsoever unless you like your food to be late and cold. Pathetic service. I will be ordering from a way better place from now that actually knows how delivery works.

We love Jet’s Pizza, and we use the Standale location a lot. Sorry to say, more often than not they overcook it the pizza. Occasionally it’s so bad that we’ve had to call for a replacement. Not sure why this location is so consistently bad, but we may need to start driving all the way to Comstock Park. Getting pretty tired of it.

I ordered delivery, and spent around $60+. When I placed the order online it said that it would take about an hour. Pretty standard. After about an hour 20 minutes, I began wondering where my order was…. I go to take my dog outside, and there’s my order sitting on the porch, COLD AS ICE! I called the store and apparently Blake was the driver who just threw my food on the porch and left. The manager Avery, did absolutely nothing. Said it was store policy to just leave food on the porch…. I got no knock no text no anything. This is so disappointing. I guess this is what I get for tipping up front…. Will not be ordering from there again! Customer service sucked!

I tried this pizza for the 1st time, and I won't be going back. The food lacked flavor in the pizza & bread sticks I had. Got the reg breadsticks with garlic, and it was like eating dough. I wish I had tried it before I got home because I would have turned around to get a refund. I did call and complained they needed to add something to it for taste alone. The pizza was ok but thin, which I got hand tossed, but when I picked it up to eat it, it was so thin that even the toppings were sliding off. The employees were nice & friendly, the atmosphere was ok, clean but small, not much room inside. For the 20$ I paid, I'd rather have had Little Ceasars better pizza by far.
I like Jets, but this location has some poor pizza makers 😂 Pizza was full of sauce. The green peppers were not cooked and looked like they forgot them and added them after the fact.

Ordered online. Received a call after my delivery was late to ask if I received my food in which I had not. Finally received my food after 2 hours waiting. My order was lost and no one knew what happened to it. Only got an apology and a 10 dollar credit if I call and place an order. Sadly after this experience I won't be making another order with this restaurant

If I could score them lower I would. Ordered my food went there to pick it up, paid while I was waiting. Order came out wrong. Explain it was not correct, was told "well there isn't really anything I can do about it, if we make it again you will have to pay for it" . Nope won't do it again.

Arrived right on time to pick up my pizza and then was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. Ended up being an additional 30 minutes. Then when I got the pizza home it was the worst pizza I had ever gotten from them. Way undercooked skimpy toppings and some toppings missing.
