A driver delivered a pizza to my neighbor. Myself, my dog and some kids were all outside taking a walk. The driver was speeding so I yelled for him to slow down. Instead he gunned it and sped away even faster. Maybe he'll slow down after he kills someone.

While the food is decent, the lack of attention to what is ordered has gone downhill over the last year. We order at least once, if not more, per month, and this last time, my wife said this is the last time. How many times can you make an order wrong when the order is right in front of you on a screen?

I found a Jets Pizza in the entryway of our building and was able to tell who ordered it from the reciept so made sure the delivery was made. Paying $7 for delivery doesn't mean leaving it in the lobby to get cold. The manager was contacted but didn't seem concerned.

Don't understand the advertisement on windows says hot slices yet everytime I go there are none. If you want to wait 25 minutes they will have one. Stopped in at busy times and slow times but have never been able to get a so called hot slice.

Pizza and cheese bread not up to standards. Frozen pizza can easily beat it. More bread less cheese, sauce and toppings than use to be. Garlic butter is more water than anything And I paid extra for it.

Good pizza, it wasn't ready when they said it would be but it was only a ten minute wait so it wasn't too bad
Pizza is great but the wings are somewhat soggy. I asked for well done because of that and still they were mushy.

We order from from this Jet’s pretty regularly and not only has the price increased but the quality of the pizza has decreased significantly. I can handle the price increase (annoying but pretty standard these days) if the pizza wasn’t burnt with a pathetic amount of cheese. Very disappointing as Jet’s used to be our favorite pizza.

Kinda rude to my girl when she called and just bc were new yorkers and talk different doesnt give you the right to be a j**** Bad service.

If they get your order wrong you either have to wait another 45 min for a replacement or get "store credit" instead of a refund.. forcing you to order from the same location again to not lose money. It's the franchise owner's fault and not the employees.
