This place never notices customizations. I have ordered here every week for the last half a year, they never cut my sandwich in half. Last order I added roast beef to my sandwich, which cost 2 dollars and they didn't put it on. It's annoying. There's no way to rectify it on their app like other businesses have. Im just out 2 bucks.

I noticed the amount of meat that's getting smaller and smaller they used to be huge it looks like there's half the amount of meat on the Hunter's club I can barely get my mouth around it before now it's like eating a Subway sandwich I don't think I'll be going there much longer I guess I'm going to try Firehouse and other sub chains except for Subway they're a rip-off too and since they own Firehouse I guess they think they could shrink Jimmy John's sandwiches down to a size Subway what a shame terrible terrible shame

Came in to order 5 sandwiches and they literally took 20 min! Others were getting orders that came after us and there were 5 workers making other orders like online and drive thru. Pretty slow and the workers were not friendly or hardworking.

Your staff competently got my order completely completely wrong and tried overcharging me and then they tried stealing more money from me than I paid and tried just creating fraud so I had to call your employees out, but it’s really just shocking that you have employees trying to charge your customers in this type of economy and then they’re also gonna not give them their money back for proper change
