Disappointing is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about my experience at this Jimmy John's. First we walk in and it is empty they take our order and we had to wait 20 minutes just to get three sandwiches. Then they mess up all three of our orders. Like come on now like at least if you're gonna take that long get the darn order right. Anyway I will no longer be going to this Jimmy John's after that poor experience.

Anthony in the drive thru wanted to charge me $0.89 cents for a small up of ranch dressing and then when I said I didn't want to pay for it he then told me that I would have to pay 25 cents for a water.

First 3 bites of my #15 had no tuna. The sandwich was made poorly today. The bread tasted a little off too. Normally my favorite subs. Not so much today.Cashier was only on her 5th day working there and she was great.

The pickup for my order was almost ready. I had time to wait. I ordered a little jimmy veggie. When I opened it, it did not have tomatoes or onion. It was cheese and lettuce with half a cucumber slice. Come on! How hard is it to make a sandwich. Not happy.
