Apparently when you order on the app at this location they wait 20 to 25 minutes before they make it if they're busy. Kind of defeats the whole point of ordering on the app doesn't it?

So first time eating here and the gentleman with gloves, and even a mask tool my order handled the cash register and then went and made sandwiches, including mine without changing gloves. Then the guy who was making sandwiches, went over the cash register and push buttons on different things and touched all sorts of things in the kitchen and then went back to making sandwiches without changing gloves. Then the 3rd guy with gloves on was in the back brought back stuff from other parts of the restaurant and wiped things down and then made sandwiches without changing gloves. Not sanitary by health code standards. I’m a bit of a germ-o-phone so definitely won’t be coming back.

Found a HAIR in my food. I know it wasn’t mine because it was blond. Employees were acting weird and unprofessional. Made me uncomfortable. Never coming back again.

I called and placed my order and when I picked it up, I had ordered a small Coke and was told I had to purchase a medium large Coke because that’s the only size they have and it’s six dollars for that. I had ordered chicken pot pie soup that they never rang or put with the order I drove 25 minutes back to go get it and it was the potato soup. I get home to eat my sandwich. It’s cold. It was a hot sandwich so now it’s nice and cold, the potato salad is bought and from a container it is not fresh made at all. I called. The manager didn’t seem to have too much of a concern. I can just go back to pick up my soup after I’ve spent an hour going there and going back and still coming home with the complete wrong order. I absolutely suggest you check your order and not to expect the management there to take you very seriously.

If you're wondering why you're order is higher than it's supposed to-- they were nice enough to charge a gratuity in the total without my permission! I don't tip sandwich makers its their job they arent servers; so guess I won't be coming back here.

We went on Oct. 15, got our food home. I ordered a full salad, my husband got a pick 2, My salad was the same size as his salad. I called to complain and was told by the manager they would refund the cost of the salad $12.29, that never happened. So I will go elsewhere. When I spend that kind of money on a half of salad, I don't need it.

1000% recommend!! Went for dinner for the first time with my BF and we both LOVED our entrees. He got the Spicy BBQ Chicken Crunch sandwich (not sure if I got the name exactly right) and I got the Grilled Chicken Club - and mac n cheese. Delicious, fresh, and worth every cent. We will likely be back again later this week!

Had a Bake Potato with half French Dip Was Extremely Disappointed,the sandwich was Maybe 3 inches long, with Maybe three slices of meat, Bake Potato was large, and Extremely cold, must have been baked early in day, the Skin was Extremely Hard, No Way the One Little Square of butter would Even melt, and a small cup of Sour Cream!! Had to Repeat the order it three or four times, girl at Register Could find out How to add Mayonnaise on sandwich, Ended up using the little packets Had No drink, it was $13. I realize they are new, but Very Disappointing Doubt I would Ever Go Back Was there on Thursday early evening, around 6, Restaurant floor was clean, and trash cans was empty Was in Holland Mi
Ordered the Ultimate Nachos and it was an ultimate let down. No chili, no chees dip, no avocado, no sour cream. I had to get back in my truck drive to Wendys to get a cup of chili just to make ends meet. Ultimately, I will not be coming back.

The food was excellent! I had the spicy turkey club on GF bread and it was DELICIOUS. The service was also outstanding. The drinks were self serve but I was offered a refill THREE TIMES . The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Have been through the pick up several times. Excellent service and everything was fantastic tasting. Very impressed with the quality of the food! Highly recommend!
