I’ve been debating on doing this every time it happens, but this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I live by this McDonalds and I know staffing is difficult for everyone right now but this place has the most inconsistent hours, it’s ridiculous. I often get home late and have experience the same problems on numerous occasions. Right now they are supposed to close at 9pm, it is 8:45pm and I just turned in and watched them turn the lights out. Serenity and Taniya at the drive-thru were super nice, and the customer's filet-o-fish meal, with extra full medium fries and a fresh, flaky fish filet, was a great experience. However, it is important to note that McDonald's is not open 24 hours, with confirmed opening hours from 6 am to midnight.
