We waited over 15 minutes for our simple order to be delivered. After I asked what was taking so long, they said there was a communication issue. One Mgr left & new person didn't realize our order was sitting in cue. But the Mgr gave us a coupon for 1 combo meal as an apology.

Bad service most times I visit I only go for convenience with work. Consistently the worst location I go to and they lied to me about the time they closed which completely messed up my lunch break at work and they have created problems many times when visiting.

Stopped to grab something for work. Just under $10 for a two cheeseburger meal. This is what I found. I was cordial and had no issues. The service was fast, I'll give them that. Generally I seldom have any issue with this location. Yet somehow I was served this.

McDonald’s Stopped caring about the customers long ago. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches and fries. Made sure to ask for Ketchup. I guess you have to ask at every window. This store absolutely stinks even the drive thru is incompetent of completing an order correctly.

I think this is by far the worst fast food in the world. Nothing healthy about this place. I feel it's clone meat ..it doesn't taste like meat..it's gummy and nasty. Watch the video of how their fries and nuggets are made . Disgusting 🤢 I would definitely never recommend.
It’s a McDonald’s. Don’t have high expectations, and you’re fine. The manager in the morning was super nice

Leonard st location was dirty, slow service, bathrooms were not in functioning order, toliet paper roll on the floor just pick it up to use it, soap dispenser didn't work, ketchup dispenser gave me orange juicy liquid on my hashbrown that I'm pretty sure was fermented ketchup. Worst experience at a McDonald's in quite some time.

Just got out of work stopped off at this McDonald's on the bus. I'm gonna age back technician while I have my tool bag on me. Stop doing around 6:10. Want to go to the kiosk to go order some food. The young man I'm working at thed to when I was coming in was very rude and making threatening rude racial comments. When I started to shut the owner in process on the kios. K the guy that was there and the lady started making jokes and my expense and started laughing at my face so. I just walked out the door I will never do business at this mcdonald's again. I don't know what's going on with McDonald's. It's bad enough. Your prices are ridiculous and a lot of people are just not doing business with you anymore. But this is pretty much the ice in the coffin, so I'll never shop at this place again.
