Absolutely the worst customer experience the year. Manager on site was as unprofessional as they come. Referring to customers as " rude much" for simply asking for a utensil to eat my to go order with. She needs to go back to McDonald's and ask for her job back and shame on the ownership and district for tolerating such ignorance at a management level. I can only hope that they look at their reviews and reach out. Appalling.

Ordered french onion soup well someone was sleeping muke tomatoe and onion together bad,, my french oinon soup has no bread or chesse and thank god both those mix together yikes it sucks getting home to find money and food wasted

It was my first time ordering on the Panera Bread app yesterday. I came in to pick up my food and was just a bit confused about the process for a moment. Instead of providing empathy and understanding the Panera Employee at the front counter was completely rude. It was a terribly awkward experience. Then I got home and there was barely any filling to my chipotle chicken avocado melt, which was also missing avocado. Overall terrible experience, I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

Terrible food! I ordered the cup of broccoli cheese soup and a half sandwich (chicken bacon rancher). The sandwich was squished flat with hardly any filling. The chicken had a weird taste. I threw it out after 2 bites. Very disappointed!

Ordered 2 sandwiches from here. Paid almost 18 dollars on one sandwhich. I can't even call it a sandwhich. Asked for extra bacon and cheese and if that's extra I can't imagine what the regular sandwich is. Idk if it's just cuz it was delivery so they don't care or what. I would try to ask for my money back but if they are skimping out this hard on their food I'd bet they wouldn't give me a penny back. Complete waste of money. Never come here again unless they refund me and actually make a sandwhich, not just bread and half an ounce of chicken.

Love panera, I've been coming here for years and it feels like home. Could the booth seats be replaced at this location? I think they are broken and are super uncomfortable to sit on :(
I was amazed how things turn out for me. Coming from 15 hours trip I decided to stop in this location, after enjoying the food I left without noticing I forgot my purse , for 6 hours I being looking for it everywhere then I decided to call this location maybe I was lucky to find it , I was amazed to heard they had it ! It contained a lot of money for my trip ! Together with credit cards ! My smile came back again ! I saw the line at the end the tunnel ( Panera !!!!) I was happy and surprised this money was not gone ! I was happy the manager gladly gave me back my treasure ! ❤️ thank you for the honesty ! Thank you for caring! Besides having a great lunch I found my favor Panera bread store of All!!!!!!!Thank you to everyone in this Panera store ! I know whenever I come back to Michigan I will always come back to my favor store ! Thank you guys ! Love sincerely. Your New Jersey fan ! ❤️❤️❤️. PS : I wish I could leave a tip but no tip jar why ? If every service deserved a thank you .

I ate here approximately 6 year ago and the food was bad. I gave it another chance Thursday night and it was horrible. My 1st sandwich was good. The 2nd one was so bad I couldn't eat it. I still have it in the refrigerator. Not sure if it was bad because it was close to closing!!

Horrible experience. Order from a different location or drive farther, trust me. Ordered two of the same sandwiches one with extras and veggies, one with chicken. They obviously deconstructed one sandwich after putting the chicken on the wrong one. It was a complete mess with bits of chicken all over it. They also forgot a sauce on a sandwich and didn't give me a bread bowl that I paid for. Of course, by the time I picked up my order and got home and opened it they were closed. So after trying to pick up a quick dinner we have pretty much half of what we ordered. Not going to return to this location.

I love the poppy seed fruit and lettuce salad. Always fresh and the fruit always tastes do good. Much better than the grocery store salads which are always soggy and gross!

I was pretty unimpressed by this location. Facilities were clean, food was good, but the staff were pretty negligent. They all had their own AirPods in, so none of them heard me asking for silverware, they just kept working. As a minimum wage employee myself, I totally understand how it helps the shift go by a bit faster, but it’s still not the greatest look.
