We rarely dine out anymore, but received a gift card. We were very pleased with the staff, wait time and food quality.

I ordered food from this location via uber eats for my kids as me and wife were going to an adult only party. My kids are allergic to Tomatoes and so, I had removed tomatoes from both the sandwiches. I called the locations and confirmed that the order they received has that instruction and the lady said that she sees that instruction on both sandwiches.
My kids picked up the order from the driver and when they opened the order, they found tomatoes in both the sandwiches. The just ate the ate and Mac and cheese and threw away the sandwiches.
When we woke up in the morning and checked with them about their dinner, they told us the issue. I called Panera location and the lady whom I spoke to was so rude. I explained her the situation and she said it was delivered yesterday and why are u calling now. I told her that I called as soon as I was made aware of the situation. I told her that 2 sandwiches will not make or break me or them. I just wanted to bring up the issue to them because we love Panera bread and the location close to our house has such a wonderful service. I was hoping for similar response from this location but it was a waste of my time calling them and giving them feedback.

Looks like you didn’t do anything for the veterans on Veterans Day… Some vets even came in and asked And the worker told them let me check with my manager and they said no… Gross. It’s posted on TikTok so be aware
The girl who took our order was very nice. When walking in, the entirety of Panera smelt burnt. Their “you pick two” is deceiving and needs to be written more clearly on the menu. It does not clarify that when picking a side, it’s an additional charge. I ordered half a sandwich with a side of mac n cheese doing the “you pick two” assuming any of the sides listed was included in the half sandwich price. While I love their Mac n cheese, charging over $7 for a side with two spoon fulls of mac n cheese is overkill. When asking about this after seeing it on the receipt, she mentioned it confuses a lot of people. I’m sure this is how it is for all Panera’s, but to make it less confusing for customers and less conflict for employees, it should be re-written.

I visited Panera Bread on Alpine this evening to enjoy their delicious summer squash soup. During my visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Mandeline, who was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Her welcoming demeanor enhanced the overall experience. The restaurant is well-managed and staffed with dedicated employees, offering consistently high-quality food. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a positive dining experience.

I would not eat here. They do not support truck drivers i am literally working right by them and I called to place an order and they have a policy they can only take orders over the phone if your paying card. I am on tight schedule and I literally can stop right by them to pick my order up. Do not eat here they do not support truck drivers and the manager even told me over the phone they do not support truck drivers.

They mess up orders every time, and leave cold beverage to sit out in the hot room for pickup orders. It’s a joke to tip and then to get pathetic service on a to go order, at a time when it is not even slightly busy.

I meet at Panera in Walker (on Alpine Ave.) with a study group once a month. The food is always fresh, the service prompt and cheerful.

The vibe here has always been mildly unsettling. For this reason I chose to place an order for pick-up. Despite the level of discomfort I feel whenever I frequent this location pick-ups happen with great ease. What's more, I'm always more than satisfied by the value of my orders. My go to is definitely the Caesar Salad with an ice tea to drink.

Using the app to place my order. It's rather convenient to place your order and walk in without waiting in line. My timing was perfect. The food took about 10 minutes to make. Just enough for me to walk in and see my food outside ready for me to grab. I notice the entire work force getting along. The tables were separated with good distance. I can see myself coming in here and enjoying their meal. The food was as good as any other restaurant I've been to. You can't miss it, it's on the corner of the building. If the parking is heavy in the front there plenty room in the back.

Good overall, but one really stupid things is when they limit the coffee options in the afternoon..... they get rid of decaf..... Afternoon is exactly when you need decaf. It's an easy thing to fix and makes no sense why they would do that....
