I had not been to a Panera in like 10 years. I built up a certain nostalgia for the food in my head. I decided to finally go in to one and was looking forward to it. The food was very disappointing overall. Sandwich was flavorless and the soup was most likely the same that I could get out of a can. The price is pretty steep when you consider what they really have in to the food. Pretty sure you could easily make the same food for 10% of the price that Panera charges.
Staff is pleasant but you have very little interaction with them due to the place your own order tablets.
It’s a fast food restaurant so I’m not sure how you can rate that atmosphere.
Last time I was in Panera it took three times to get an order done. Tried phone app, kiosk and finally counter service. This time service was OK BUT my chocolate macaroon which I ordered and paid for was not in my to go bag. Unfortunately I didn't realize until I had driven home. Panera has had a bad habit of not completing in my order over the years.

The most frustrating thing about getting a salad to go is the tiny tiny container of dressing that they give you. How is this little thing of dressing going to cover my salad? It’s impossible they should be handing out two!

Got together with some friends early morning, and found a quiet place to meet. It's nice that you can sit far enough away from the front counter. I had Hazelnut coffee which was good. Times we live in are tough, 16 oz. is considered large and cost $3.81 w/ tax.

I’ve visited a few times and never had a bad experience. My most recent visit was actually a delivery, which was free from a promotion. Everything was good! The soup was a tad bit cold, but it was really cold outside, so honestly it was to be expected. Overall, a good experience and the quality was what is to be expected from Panera.
