Waited in an empty lobby for more than 5 minutes to pick up my order. Listened to employees cussing in the back while I waited. Called the main number to get someone to finally come out and greet me. Food gave everyone who ate it diarrhea. Will not be back.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza with pineapples but didn't get them. Called back and the manager, Ayj immediately apologized and made it right in addition to a 2 litre! His standards of satisfaction should be a tool for all others to learn by!

I was shorted the cheesesticks I was getting for free using my points. As soon as I noticed, I called and spoke with a so-called manager who was full of attitude at first, but finally calmed down. The attitude got me upset as well. This was the second run-in I had with him. The first time was over the way that their app overrode my choice to get 15 breadsticks and I ended up with 10 because they thought it was a family order…it was not. This time, I definitely placed a Family order which included 10 sticks but should’ve also gotten the five free ones because I redeemed my points. It showed right on my receipt.
The manager realized the cook goofed up and offered me a replacement of the entire meal plus some brownies if I wanted them. He had my phone number and said he would call me at 9 AM the following Monday. He said if I did not want to eat Pizza Hut that day, he would just mail me a gift certificate with the value of approximately $31.
Monday morning came and went with no phone call. I called the restaurant at 9:15 AM and no one answered. There was no voicemail kicking in so I couldn’t leave a message. I called again in the afternoon and spoke with a different person, the general manager, who sounded irritated. She said her name was Jamie and that she would look into the matter and get back with me. She never did. Now I’m beginning to think that the other “manager” wasn’t a manager at all and I was being played for a fool. Jamie probably thinks I’m a scammer or something. Whatever the case, I know what I ordered and what happened.
By this time, all I wanted was my points to be restored for the free cheesesticks I did not receive. I ended up going through Corporate to get that to happen. They bombarded me with questions but I got those points back.
Pizza Hut has truly gone downhill. We have been ordering once a week for seven years from our local Hut but won’t any longer thanks to their issues. Now the Walker restaurant has been an issue the two times I’ve ordered from them. Customer Service isn’t what it used to be; the employees seem to feel very free to cop an attitude. Not a smart thing to do when your customers are your source of income!
I will never visit this Pizza Hut again.

New to area..First time order: In store pickup, Large Pepperoni Lovers, Pan Crust. Received Large Pepperoni Lovers, THIN Crust.. didn't notice until I got home. Disappointed but dealt with it. 2nd order: Delivery, Large Pepperoni Lovers, Pan Crust, 4 pc. Cheesy bread. I reiterated 2 TIMES, Cheesy bread NOT BREAD STICKS. He even read my order back to me CORRECTLY! Delivered Pepperoni Lovers Pan Crust, ,6 bread sticks!!!! Didn't notice until I got inside. Receipt says bread STICKS!!! So, again, $36.00 for the wrong order. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!

The food was good when it finally came. 40 minute wait after ordering. Only 3 other people here and we finally had to ask for boxes because our little one was screaming. Will never go back. Staff is not professional at all. Shameful.

TLDR: This location is pretty great.
I’ve never had a bad experience here and Ben is literally the best, most customer service conscious person! I ordered pizza from my car from the parking lot and was going to wait there, but decided I’ll just wait inside in case the pizza is done sooner than the estimated time. Ben greeted me and apologized that my pizza wasn’t ready yet, but I assured him that I had JUST placed the order and that there was no hurry, I was just to wait inside. He goes into the kitchen and comes back about 5 min later again apologizing that it’s taking so long, and I reiterated that it wasn’t taking long at all, that I just had just ordered from the parking lot due to poor planning on my part ?. He again apologizes because they are unable to make the personal pan pizza I ordered (maybe out of the allotted dough for that size?) so they upgraded me to a small pizza for no extra charge! I said “yes… that’s so… terrible…?” ?? but I guess someone left a bad review when the same thing happened to them. I was floored! Anyway, come to this Pizza Hut location if you want your food to come out early, (they finished 5 min before my expected pick up time) to have GREAT customer service, to get food that’s even BETTER than what you ordered, and to say “hi” to Ben ?
On another visit I did order the chocolate donuts which were really dry so I didn’t end up eating more than one, but I’m not sure if that’s how the donuts always are and I just don’t like them, or if they were over baked. I’ll stick to pizza!
