Called in for two pizzas, told 15-20 minutes for r pick up. Arrived in 20 minutes, told they were running 5 minutes behind. The lounge was full of people waiting for pizza they ordered from home. They served about one order every 5-8 minutes. After 25 more minutes of waiting, lounge still half full of waiting customers, that arrived before me, I asked them to cancel my order. They said fine as they hadn’t started on it yet! Won’t be back.

Ordered a pizza online and walked in to get it because I had my notification that my pizza was ready. They told me it’ll be a couple more minutes, cool not a problem. Sat down and waited for 10minutes just to find out my pizza was ready in the thing waiting to be brought to me. Pizza was HORRIBLE. It was cold and couldn’t even eat it.
I NEVER, lemme repeat, NEVER order chain restaurant pizza, however, got back into town late and was starving. Nothing is open on a Sunday in Grand Rapids…LAME! It was 8:41PM when I placed my online order. They wouldn’t answer phone, 3 hours later, no pizza. I was credited the amount I spent this afternoon, but that’s besides the point! Get your algorithm “ON POINT” so no other human will experience an awe fully created app!! Time to upgrade you dodo’s creating apps!! OVER!

The staff is great! One of the workers names is Ben and the other I believe is the manager that has pink hair. ? The manager is always so helpful and very kind!

Worst pizza hut actually it's the worst pizza place I've ever ordered from in my life would be better quality to buy a frozen pizza and cook it in the microwave yes microwave that's how horrid it was.

Super supreme hand tossed crust pizza was delicious. I had a coupon for free breadsticks and my son took home several slices he could reheat later.
