Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

There's no way these people that operate this location can be the same owner / management from a couple years ago. The food is wrong, the people a rude and act like they hate their job. Went there with my boss for lunch, he brought his food back to the counter and said he got the wrong order and the girl yelled at him, she said this is what you ordered. He asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. She would not fix his order because she said he already started eating it, unbelievable. He took one bite before realizing that it wasn't what he ordered.
It's worth the extra 15 minutes drive to go to the 28th St location where the people are great, pleasant and really seem to enjoy their job.
BTW, the so-called manager at the Alpine location forgets how to speak English when she gets mad, which seems to be often.

These guys could eliminate 95% of the drama in their lobby if they’d simply put up two overhead signs at the counter…one sign for placing orders, and one sign for picking up orders.
Until they do this they’ll constantly have angry customers fighting over position.

Decent food but dear lord have the awareness to take your glove off away from the customers order?? Took 10+ mins for 5 tenders and 2 apple pies.

Disgusted. Service was barely ok, they didn’t ask what sauces we wanted with tenders. The biscuits were MOLDY! I took a bite before realizing it was so gross and something was very wrong. The chicken & fries were barely warm and seemed stale and the side of red beans and rice was old too. Was charged extra for lemonade that was mostly warm. Yuck! So SO disappointing when I’ve had such delicious food & service at most other Popeyes. Never coming here again.

They are only getting 1 star because I can't leave 0. This location used to be fairly decent. I will no longer visit here because they are constantly getting the order wrong or don't have items, the service is terrible and nobody seems care. Don't waste your time

I have more than occasional issues at Popeyes, but every now and then I am pleasantly surprised with both the food and service; only because it is so seldom you receive both. That said, The fries had a chemically/bitter tang and taste to them. The chicken was chewy in the way that it was more muscle/tendon than white meat. In the end, there is no consistency at this location. I have reached out in the past about food issues and have had no response nor have they improved their consistency.

Even the one on division not this bad mfs scared to give me straw’s forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese sad thing about it all is they had a car pull over to the side and it was only me and dat car I could only imagine if they had a packed line of 8
