They are only getting 1 star because I can't leave 0. This location used to be fairly decent. I will no longer visit here because they are constantly getting the order wrong or don't have items, the service is terrible and nobody seems care. Don't waste your time

I have more than occasional issues at Popeyes, but every now and then I am pleasantly surprised with both the food and service; only because it is so seldom you receive both. That said, The fries had a chemically/bitter tang and taste to them. The chicken was chewy in the way that it was more muscle/tendon than white meat. In the end, there is no consistency at this location. I have reached out in the past about food issues and have had no response nor have they improved their consistency.

Edit: This is not the same Popeyes as the original. The chicken is soggy, and it seems the new owner doesn't know how to prepare the original recipe. I’m disappointed.

Disgusting! I found mold in my food and was horrified. I couldn’t return it to warn them or prevent them from selling moldy food to others. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I messaged them through the app, and all they did was offer me $1 back. I explained that I didn’t care about the refund—I was concerned about the moldy food being sold to others. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and hygiene standards!

Update 5 years later I went back. Worse than it was the first time just stay away. Macaroni had a tint of light green to it wasted 35 dollars never again place is pure garbage bad food
