I keep giving them another chance, and I regret it every time. They do not care about quality of the food or appearance. I've ordered spicy chicken sandwiches multiple times just to drive away and realize it is not spicy and has regular mayo. Today I ordered a blackened sandwich and got a small balled up piece of chicken that covered about 1/4 of the bun, then the coke was warm and flat. Disgusting. Doesn't seem like anyone at this location knows what they are doing, or cares. Then half the staff is rude to you for no reason at all even at the beginning just taking your order. They are definitely not customer friendly. I think I'm finally done with this place.

They're super slow. I waited in line for 20 minutes before staff even came to take my order. Even then they were kinda cranky and didn't seem to care or even want to be there. Avoid this place if you're on a time crunch

I live over 80 miles away and like to grab Popeyes when in town visiting. But every time I go they mess up my order. Last time I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and gravy but got halfway home and realized they gave me macaroni and cheese. Now those 2 foods don't even sound the same for them to confuse the 2.

After a long time from the store a friend of mine and I stopped and got their chicken sandwiches and their chicken tenders as a meal for the tenders. The chicken was good and crispy and I expect it nonetheless but I wish they'd take the skin from those chickens and just batter them up like they do a whole piece of chicken and just cook the skin it is one of the most reasons that I buy the chicken. I know I know bad for you but a splurge now and again is nice. They have a gentleman working there his name is Justin, he has red hair and a red beard and it's quite nice. I always have a better experience when he's at the helm. I wonder if it's because she seems to care about his customers more than the rest I'm not really sure. But it's nice to see a friendly face instead of someone that hates their job. So kudos to the Popeye's on Alpine for having Justin

The new staff is ok they have been messing my orders up alot lately,like 4 out the last 5 times I went, the girl who takes the orders apologized and said it was a language barrier. Oh but the prices are getting out of hand, 7 plus tax for a side is a bit

I used the drive-thru, and when I discovered they had made a couple small mistakes, they corrected them, without hesitation, and with kindness and humor. It made a world of difference in the outcome of this visit to Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen.
