Family friendly diner serving breakfast all day and other diner staples. Service is super friendly and inviting. Definitely a local option worth checking out especially if you are in the mood for some breakfast staples or comfort food.

Down home meals. Breakfast anytime.

Vegetarian options: They offer a variety of vegetables as sides. There is also the salad option.

Dietary restrictions: There is a great chance of cross-contamination of gluten. I am careful of the menu items that I choose.

Parking: Usually there is plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Crayons, coloring books, highchairs, booster seats available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parking spots and walkway accessibility.

We came in and ordered salads and it took a very long time to receive them. The waitress said to us it will be right out numerous times so we know she knew it was taking terribly long as well. Wasn't overly tasty, no croutons or any choices to add some crunch to my salad. I probably won't return.

Walker's hidden gem. Best breakfast in NW Grand Rapids. There are some excellent places to grab breakfast in NW GR. Nothing against any of the others because they are wonderful, but Pops is somehow head and shoulders above them all. I love their omelets. I am a big eater and there is always plenty of great food. There are very experienced, helpful and pleasant servers who understand their work and their customers. Try Pops! You'll be glad you did.

There was never a time where this restaurant did not exist in some way. Under new ownership and doing pretty well, this is a homely place where you can go to get good food. It can be a little loud and the kitchen staff a bit disruptive, but overall a lot of fun to go to.

We stopped at Pop’s Restaurant for breakfast, had some pancakes and sausage, biscuits and gravy . I thought the pancakes were okay, my wife didn’t care for them, bacon was very overcooked, and my daughter thought the sausage biscuits and gravy was fine. Service was extremely slow, waitress took a long time to come over after we sat down and then I had to go ask for our bill at the end. Atmosphere is old and dated, I can’t see us going back.

I have been going to pops since I was in middle school and I grew up down the road from there.I have not been here in 20 years as I have moved away since college. I was in town and decided to visit before I went back to where I live. I was very excited and even brought family that just moved to the area from out of town and they had never visited. We arrived by 11am and sat down within 10 minutes. By 12:30 we still had not received our food. 3 tables that came in after us had received their food and were half done with their meals before I mentioned something to staff. I have never felt discriminated like that in my whole life and it is sad that it happened in a town in grew up in and in an establishment that I have visited many times without having any issues. I am very disappointed and sad that this happened to me and my family including my teenage niece.
