I have come in so many times and they are out of fajita veggies. I finally asked what the problem was, and they said the manager doesn't allow them to cook veggies at certain times because of waste. Now I stop by here every once in a while on the way to the plainfield store to see if i might get lucky. Still hit or miss.

I ordered through door dash. My door dash order was delivered with zero issues with door dash. My bag was sealed TIGHT.
When I opened my bag, I was greeted with items that had the tickets attached describing perfectly what they should have been but not what they were. Unbelievably, they forgot the nachos for my nachos. I was delivered a bowl of soupy toppings and no nachos found within or elsewhere in the bag. The burrito was meant to be an entirely different meal but it became the only thing edible in the bag.
I know they're likely way too busy and overworked and underpaid, but how do you completely forget nachos? This is one instance where I can't blame the delivery service.

This has been the 2 second time I’ve ordered from this location where they either messed up my order or forgot to include the sides. I don’t understand why the “on the side” option is available if it never comes with my order. Please add the side requests it’s so frustrating receiving an order and none of the sauces are available, eating a dry burrito is hell
Most of the time it’s amazing ! Good service. Tonight my family visited and the worker who helped us was extremely rude and mean. I overheard her say somthing about not liking when people lie so apparently somthing was going on but that is no excuse to speak to my mother in such a way I was so dissapointed. The manager just stood there and said nothing. Do better.
