I used to frequent this qdoba but over the last few years the quality and availability of the food have gone downhill. The cleanliness of the restaurant has also declined. They are not customer service driven.For example I was in line and waited 5-7 minutes to be even greater when there was 6 people behind the line. When I was finally greated they didn’t have any lettuce! This was before lunch even started. The place was unclean as well. I will never go back!

Line worker dropped some of my chicken on the line. He picked it back up and put it in my bowl. Was messing with his Apple Watch with gloved hands mid process as well. Tortilla chips were also fried in old fryer oil.

In town for a home show downtown but staying at a hotel nearby- big snow storm is here and lots of places are closed early. Called to check if this place was open and Alex answered with a very friendly yes. The facility was clean when we walked in and the food was prepared with kindness and understanding by both people working. Grateful for their pleasant attitudes and willingness to work hard during crummy weather conditions. Thank you!! Food was delicious!

Service continues to get worse. Staff less friendly. Staff slower. Staff rather would prep food then help customers. Yet they ask for tips. It's laughableI just left and got the scoop of queso that is $6 ? and its everywhere. Lid was never closed all the way is my guess. This is now the 3rd timeI've given this place/location far to many chances and time and time again each visit is poorI haven't had Chiptole in many years. Guess its time to try it again

Food always on point. Tried the Family Meal for the first time. Good price for the amount of food. Only issue is the lack of toppings included for the original price. No sour cream included, and app says “extra sour cream” as an add-on, implying it is included. We didn’t get any. The one small cup of queso is only 1/2 of what you need to create bowls with the amount of rice, beans & meat. With all of the extra charges to order enough toppings, the good deal is not so great anymore.
