Sharing a quick review that this is a really solid place to get a margarita with a friend and share nachos for Happy Hour. The value was great and I’d go back again. I can’t say it’s my favorite taco place in town but location and value at happy hour is perfect!

A taco craving overcame me, and my young son and I ended up at Stan's on a Tuesday -- during happy hours. Well that's a bargain of a time to dine at Stan's. Appetizers are half off; the totchos were a better value than a kid's meal. And tacos are discounted $2 per taco; I got a plate of two cauliflower tacos and a hearty helping of seasoned black beans discounted $4. The flavours, freshness, and colours of the food were par excellence -- nothing I can replicate at home, and I'm experienced. The service (in our case, a young man named Falcon) is friendly and prompt. Only slight drawback is the music, which I find to be too loud no matter where I eat out. There are basketball, upright Connect-5, and a foosball table in the side hall to amuse guests while they wait -- but the wait is short. I will be back with more people and take advantage of the rewards system... $50 spent = $5 off, and you capture half of that value just by signing up.

The food was fantastic. I had the appetizer nachos as a meal and it was more than filling. Husband had the chicken wet burrito and really enjoyed it. The burrito was quite large and he ended up taking half of it home.
We had a margarita that was strong and tasty.
Food was perfect.
The service was pretty slow. I realize it's during the holidays and take that into account. From what I can tell there were two servers for the whole place. Given the limited servers to the amount of people the servers did a really good job.
Tacos were ok tortilla was a bit hard, Sangria was delicious.

Jon (manager) was great to work with. I wanted to have an end of year gathering for a large group on a Friday night, and Jon made it happen. Got there a little early, our large table was already set up, and staff was ready to serve us. Our server (I forget her name -- awesome lamp tattoo!) was attentive but gave us space to socialize.
Food here has also stepped it up a notch! I highly recommend the smash burger, backyard bbq, and the vw tacos. The elote fries were fantastic. Most of our group got margaritas and they were all great! Overall great experience, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere. Thanks again!
