Was just here and there’s a girl working there that 100% deserves a raise! Best customer service ever! I didn’t get her name but it was the young lady that was singing to us through drive thru. I wish I could have left a tip or something but definitely gave my boyfriend and I am unforgettable experience! Best starbucks ever!

This location in particular is the worst. Starbucks has drink recipes they’re supposed to follow yet every single day my drink taste different. Half the time they only put two of the four shots of espresso that are supposed to be in the drink. Not everybody has time to sit around and wait for the barista to make the drink wrong again in the morning when they’re getting coffee on the way to work. They really should just learn to make it right the first time around.
Just a heads up this location does not participate in nurses week. Such a bummer since it is close to all the hospitals in downtown Grand Rapids.

3x in a row getting a regular cortado made wrong. Not enough milk put in and expresso taste off. Pretty expensive for bad tasting drink. Standale and East Beltline Starbucks makes them correctly !!
