I have visited many Starbucks in the Grand Rapids area (too many haha) and this one really stands out! Drinks are made well, consistently, and staff are some of the best. Always a warm welcome when you step inside and proactive with their customer care. Although they do get pretty busy, I’d recommend them over and over!
I LOVE the staff at this Starbucks! Great customer service and so friendly. 😊 I just tried their iced lavender cream oat milk matcha and can confidently say it is one of my new favorites!
Was just here and there’s a girl working there that 100% deserves a raise! Best customer service ever! I didn’t get her name but it was the young lady that was singing to us through drive thru. I wish I could have left a tip or something but definitely gave my boyfriend and I am unforgettable experience! Best starbucks ever!
