Asked for a Iced Carmel coffee latte and got no caramel in my drink, they are heavy with the ice putting in big chunks, least favorite Starbucks in Michigan compared to others like the one on walker, very disappointed never returning back again not even if it’s the closest one to me

The fastest service ever!
I frequent this location and I love it so much I had to come leave a review!! The baristas are SO friendly and efficient, the coffee is consistent. 10/10!

My go-to Starbucks. Service is typically very friendly, coffees are usually consistent. Really nice to have a spot to go to when I want to work remotely out of the house. Only suggestion is that the cafe is always really cold, like so cold I usually can’t stay long unless I am wearing a jacket. Please consider keeping the cafe at more comfortable temp. 🫶🏼

I stopped by this Starbucks for a coffee, and as soon as I approached the counter, the cashier asked if I was there to pick up a DoorDash order. I was a bit taken aback—not because the question was offensive in itself, but because it felt like an assumption based solely on how I looked.
I understand that things can get busy and staff might be trying to streamline service, but it’s important to treat every customer with the same level of attention and respect. I wasn’t wearing anything that indicated I was a delivery driver, and I hadn’t said anything before being asked. It made me feel stereotyped, and that’s not a great feeling to carry into your day—especially when you’re just trying to grab a coffee.
I hope this feedback encourages a little more mindfulness in how customers are approached. A simple “Hi, how can I help you today?” goes a long way.

My drink is typically right when i can get it, seems like they are out of oat milk literally every single Monday then into the week from there. Like who does the product ordering for this location?? Just order more it’s obviously a problem? The stuff is usually decently friendly. This is such a convenient location it’s a real bummer i have to avoid it most of the time.
