After backpacking in the woods for four days we traditionally hunt for BBQ. After a harsh debate, the eleven of us decided to try a new spot in Walker.
Walking up to a sign that said open Sundays noon till we run out!

We got a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. My partner is from the South and is always looking for BBQ that reminds him of home(which is tough up here). This was one of the best smoked turkeys he has ever had. It was moist, tender, and had a lovely smoke. The sauce? Don't get me started. It was definitely a wonderful compliment to the turkey.
