Always good food and good service. Good value. Hope did a great job for us tonight and had a smile on her face which is always nice.

Moved to Michigan 4 years ago from outside of Chicago & haven't been able to find a decent pizza..until Uccellos. It was delicious, great service & love the atmosphere. We will be back. Thank you, Uccellos ( Grandville ). 😋❤️🍕

Rob and the entire management staff and all other employees are amazing. As a patron located near “Poppy”, a previous review left, I can tell you her accounts of events are incorrect. She ordered multiple drinks and any time they were brought to her, they were wrong, yet what she ordered from the provided list. The bartender made multiple attempts to correct her request, Rob and others made multiple attempts to make sure she was happy….in the end, even the couple with her were embarrassed by her behavior. Uccelos supports so many amazing local organizations and alway listens to customers opinions!!! Continue to support and enjoy the amazing atmosphere and wonderful caring staff who treat you as family!!!

Rob Conkey is a pathetic manager who does not understand how to manage or deal effectively with customers. I had the worst service experience here and he was saw no issues with it, told me to pay the bill and leave or he would call the police. Multiple drinks were made incorrectly, the service was slow and information about menu items was explained wrong. The restaurant was not busy either.

Rob Conkey thought this was a completely appropriate experience and told me to pay my bill or he would call the police. Threats towards customers is not acceptable ever. I never said I would not pay my bill, I simply wanted to discuss the charges. He refused and ran off but told me to pay the bill and leave. This was such a disheartening experience and I will never go back. Ucchellos was my favorite place to eat when I chair Grand Rapids. Rob’s attitude cost his server a tip as well although I did explain to her exactly why a tip was not left. His excuse for the service was that she was new, so he just shifted the blame onto a young girl instead of trying to fix the existing situation and make a better outcome of the meal.

I am not recommending Uccellos due to 1 thing, the surprise 3% fee (even with cash payments) they add to every bill as an “administrative fee.” Although they do disclose it in tiny print on one page of the menu, 99.9% of customers won’t realize until they see it on the bill. When I inquired what this administrative fee is for, I was told “increased food costs.” I can understand needing to raise prices if the food costs have risen for you, but I will never go anywhere that does the surprise “junk fees.” If you guys ever decide to stop with the extra taxes and just put the straight forward costs on the menu, I’ll be back. Until then, I’ll start checking out other places that don’t charge hidden fees.

We like to order online on our way home from our softball games, so we have a tasty meal ready at home. The online orders are ready relatively fast and the pickup process is so easy.

I ordered take out yesterday a 14 inch pizza which was amazing definitely not disappointed which cost about 20$. But my chicken fettuccine alfredo was horrible! I paid 20$ and I got no chicken no sauce just noodles butter and parmesan cheese with garlic bread. I was so excited to try the pasta because vitales chicken alfredo was amazing. And wow I mean wow was I disappointed 😞.

Update: I did get a refund and i'm going to go back and try the chicken fettuccine alfredo one more time. 😋 thank you.

The food was great. The waiters were nice. It just took a little long for the food to come out and the prices were a little bit high but nothing too bad. And besides that, the breadsticks were some of the best I've ever had the burnt end mac and cheese was splendid .

One of our favorite spots for Friday night date night. Great staff, great menu options, and we love the rewards program!
