Shout to Wendy’s today on LMD. The staff was courteous and they had our food out in a timely manner. I was in the drive thru and there were a few cars behind me ordering so I know they got busy and there was also a group of people who walked in. You could see they were busy and working hard in there. When I got home to eat, the food was still fresh and warm.

I made a mobile order ahead of time. Waited in line at the drive thru and it still took a few minutes to get my order. Then when I got my order it was missing an entire sandwich. I had to go back in to get the sandwich and wait several more minutes.

Update. The DEI employees don't want to take your order, they rush you and lord forbid if you cannot read the menu, they take it personally if they have to help you at the drive through. Then they forget items because they just want to get you out of there. You get all the way home and realize they forgot items you paid for. Senior citizens don't stand a chance for good customer service at this location.

Ordered a frosty no frosty with this order ripper us off . Don't order here no frosty even after we called to fix it. Sent a cold brew ice drink . Bad management. Replace the manger.

(lake Michigan drive standale location) OK Well the food is usually good but the tall mid 30s male manager there is a jerk. I had a bad cold half sandwich and asked for another one hot and not half. He rolls his eyes and asks why I come if the food isn't good enough for me...I'm like wow 😲 but I will say the woman manager is a sweetheart as well as the male store manager there. They also have a great younger woman working there who is fast and polite. I will mention I had a new girl help me out and she was so afraid to ask that tall mid 30s male manager for help that she kept guessing at buttons which took forever 😔 poor girl.
