(lake Michigan drive standale location) OK Well the food is usually good but the tall mid 30s male manager there is a jerk. I had a bad cold half sandwich and asked for another one hot and not half. He rolls his eyes and asks why I come if the food isn't good enough for me...I'm like wow 😲 but I will say the woman manager is a sweetheart as well as the male store manager there. I am always very impressed and happy with Christian,the young man at the front counter. He is always very polite and welcoming and very eager to help. I would like to say he has the Best customer service skills I've ever seen in a fast food establishment especially in a young person. Please give that young man the acknowledgement he deserves.
The DEI employees don't want to take your order, they rush you and lord forbid if you cannot read the menu, they take it personally if they have to help you at the drive through.
Then they forget items because they just want to get you out of there.
You get all the way home and realize they forgot items you paid for.
Senior citizens don't stand a chance for good customer service at this location.
