Doordasher stole on order. DoorDash app did nothing to help us. The management here replaced our order. They went above and beyond and were awesome in the exchange after an already eventful day for my family. Awesome, truly awesome staff.

I had the breakfast biscuit sandwiches before , a lot of them when they first came out with breakfast again and they were good and sometimes great. They used to assemble it once you ordered, hot egg, perfectly cooked sausage and crispy biscuits. I guess that practice is no more because the 3 we got today were mush and probably made hours ago. The biscuits themselves were unrecognizable as biscuits, complete mush, wet and all broken up in the wrapper. The sausage and egg were rubbery and barely warm. The bacon on one was hard and so shrunk down you couldn't recognize it as bacon. The chicken biscuit one was the worst, soggy and you couldn't even pick it up.
We assume this was in part because they have the biscuit special going on right now and make them way ahead of time . But if you're trying to promote a certain product why wouldn't you make it as good as possible so people keep coming back?
If I try the biscuit sandwich again at some point it will not be this location.
Did drive thru, food was hot, fast and good!

Man, that Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit at Wendy’s ain’t no joke! That biscuit soft like it’s been prayed over, chicken crispy like somebody’s auntie fried it, and that honey butter??? Baby, that’s liquid gold! Wendy’s really out here showing these other spots how breakfast supposed to taste. I almost turned the car around for a second one, no lie! #HoneyButterBlessing #WendysDidThat #BiscuitBuiltDifferent #BreakfastOnPoint

This Wendy's is horrible. The feature Cajun spicy chicken sandwich I got was so gross that I threw it in the trash. The breading was completely falling off the meat and the chicken meat had a firm kinda chewy texture. I normally like Wendy's a lot but after this experience I doubt I'll visit one again any time soon.

They absolutely drench their burgers with ketchup, mayo and mustard. Even when I ask for little. Horrible mess 90% of the time, burger won't stay together to eat.

One of my favorite fast food chains, but was a bit disappointed.
Baconator Combo - $12.89
- Baconator: Wendy’s is supposed to make their burgers fresh everytime. I am not sure this was the case this time. The bacon was not a texture that indicated it was fresh. The burger patty was okay, but flat tasting. The cheese was not melted all the way. The sauces were fairly balanced and tasty.
Their website boast, “Flavor. Loads and loads of flavor.” but I am not feeling it on this occasion. The order arrived within two minutes which seems too fast for fresh and made to order. Maybe “fresh” is not “made to order?” It wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better at other Wendy’s restaurants.
- Medium Natural-Cut Fries - $2.99: Ordered additional fries apart from the combo, too. These were a little darker than normal. Sometimes this is good because the darker oil gets, the more flavor it can add. In this case it was more flavorful, but you could tell it was also because the oil needs changing.
They were fairly fresh in this case, though. They are medium to medium large cut fries. They had a little thicker exterior yet still a softer interior. They were served hot and were still plenty hot by the end of the meal. They were just a tad salty, but that is normal for fast food.
- Coke - (with the combo): Probably the most disappointing part of the meal. I usually don’t get fountain drinks in fear of an improperly calibrated machine or stale syrup. In this case I think it was a little of both, but more stale. I still prefer my coke in a can or glass bottle, though sometimes you can find restaurants that have their machines tuned perfectly.
- Classic Chocolate Frosty $2.19: A favorite and they did this right. Thick, creamy, and cold (yes, even in winter). Goes well with the fries if you like that kind of thing.
- Service: Quick and efficient. Next!
- Atmosphere: Okay, they have a great thing going here! Their lobby was very clean. There is a wide variety of setups from tables and chairs, a row of booths (the other side is chairs), a lounge seat area with a “fireplace,” window seats, high tables and chairs, tables that are round or square, and plenty of wheelchair options. Some of the lighting seemed darker in the east side of the lobby.
It’s too bad so many people were going through the drive through and not stopping. We had the whole lobby to ourselves most of the time.
- Conclusion: I am a bit torn on this one. I like Wendy’s, but the food was mediocre. Maybe just a bad day?
Visited on a Wednesday at 6pm.
