Been sitting over 25 mins for food. A small order at that. They parked us with no one in drive thru. Just brought food out its cold and missing a whole order of cheese sticks. This location has gone so downhill. So frustrating to say the least. Do better.

I came for the gobbler, only two very thin cut slices of turkey, hardly any stuffing and they didn't warm up the sandwich at all. Sat for over 10 mins to be very disappointed. This isn't the first time we have gotten cold meat meat and bread. Please do better.

The new steak bites are terrible there should be some A1 sauce with that it tast like there nothing inside of it I tried the Philly steak sub terrible I don't no Arby's

The burger tasted extremely salty. My gyro lacked Fresh vegetables and food amount wasn’t proportioned to the price. My Jamocha shake was not the consistency that I’d become used to in my other area Arby’s.

The food is so good only reason I go back tbh, but man the amount of times they mess up my order is alarming. I don't think I have gone here one time with my order being correct.
We stopped at the one in Grayling at the truck stop. The food was fine but I have a picture of the guy who waited on us, to post somewhere

Repeatedly made an emphasis to ask and know if I wanted sauce and repeatedly told them yes and which sauce get home and NO SAUCE. I wouldn't even be writing a review about it if they hadn't made such a big deal about getting me sauce. And never did.
