Repeatedly made an emphasis to ask and know if I wanted sauce and repeatedly told them yes and which sauce get home and NO SAUCE. I wouldn't even be writing a review about it if they hadn't made such a big deal about getting me sauce. And never did.

I recently dined at Arby's and was impressed by the high-quality food and cleanliness of the restaurant. The premises were well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by the rude demeanor of both the staff and the manager during my visit. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to match the excellent food and environment.

It’s fast food with fast food feel. The sandwich’s are a bit pricy buy have a lot of meat. Good tasting food. Good shakes. Quick drive through if you need to pick up something quick.

I understand that sometimes they’re out of food items, but for an employee to call another employee delusional after he said “ they are in the process of making more”. The girl that answered the phone should not be working in any capacity of customer, service or fast food. For her to call another employee delusional for doing his job is uncalled for. This happened March 29 at 7:40 PM. I hope the general manager will see this and take proper action against that employee, and be grateful that the gentleman at the counter, that was very nice doesn’t file lawsuit for harassment
