It’s fast food with fast food feel. The sandwich’s are a bit pricy buy have a lot of meat. Good tasting food. Good shakes. Quick drive through if you need to pick up something quick.
I understand that sometimes they’re out of food items, but for an employee to call another employee delusional after he said “ they are in the process of making more”. The girl that answered the phone should not be working in any capacity of customer, service or fast food. For her to call another employee delusional for doing his job is uncalled for. This happened March 29 at 7:40 PM. I hope the general manager will see this and take proper action against that employee, and be grateful that the gentleman at the counter, that was very nice doesn’t file lawsuit for harassment

I never really leave reviews for places but they messed up our sandwich twice after asking them to remake it that many times and for the final time, they added extra of what we asked them to remove so overall just a disappointing experience :/ Felt like I was being polite and everything but they showed little care for the mess ups so I highly suggest you check the food before driving off

Unusually friendly cashier! Didn’t catch her name. But, along with the delicious fish sandwiches, a cheerful smile made the trip worthwhile. Arby’s has “the best” when it comes to fast food fish sandwiches.

They forget one of my sandwiches and I called. The manager had an attitude and was not apologetic at all. She was like are you coming to get it OK well see you when you come in. No customer service skills whatsoever. I won't come to this location anymore.

Open at 10am I just pulled up at 10:50 and have been sitting at the drive thru for like 8 minutes... Nothing happening at the speaker, all the lights are on inside but nobody is answering. 1/21/2024

Ive never gotten exactly what I ordered the first time there. Guess I should thank them for promoting cooking at home. At least then I can pull an 18hr shift and get what I wanted the first time and still put more effort forth than they do. They deserve low pay.
