Bella e Dolce Cakes

I had no idea what I wanted for a wedding cake, but Erin made everything come together with both her creativity and professionalism! We had her team make both our cake and desert table, which was incredibly difficult to dial in because ALL of the desert choices were so good. Bella e Dolce made everything so simple and easy, including setting up at our venue. I had an amazing experience and can't wait to work with her again in the future!

I was looking for a last minute cake to be made for an upcoming event. My normal go to for cakes didn’t work out the way I planned so I reached out to Belle E Dolce for some prices and to actually see if it was possible to get a cake made by the time I needed it. I spoke to Erin on Friday right before she was leaving and she assured me she could have a cake ready for me on Tuesday. I knew last minute I wouldn’t be able to get anything fancy .I did have 2 requests for Erin and she made it happen. I asked for Lemon and Raspberry combo!! She offered up 1 of her LemonRose Razz Cake. It absolutely fit my needs!! To say the cake was amazing is an understatement! My small party of 6 raved all night about how delicate the buttercream is. How flavorful the aftertaste was. That it was impossible to be buttercream because what have we been eating this whole time that isn’t a Belle E Dolce cake. So long story short Belle E Dolce is our new go to for cakes. Erin is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for your customers!!!
