Sad bc we wanted pretzels and bubble tea but were told pretzels haven’t been sold for months but they have pretzel signage in front of the store lol. We got the bubble tea and then came home and realized we got no popping boba. Sad experience and took far too long when we were the only ones in the store at the time.

Was riding my bicycle and decided to stop in here for the first time and will definitely be the last time. Ordered a soft serve ice cream in a cone and the lady asked me if I wanted a small or large and I decided on a large. The kid that was working with her went and prepared it and brought it to me and it was a joke to say the least. If this was a large I wonder what the small looked like. The large barely had any ice cream and to top it all off it was seven dollars. What a complete rip off this place is. I will definitely not be coming back.

Amazing service, very nice lake side vibe. Amazing ice cream, the bubble waffle is nothing like I’ve had before. Can’t wait to come back and get the soft serve which is specially made for this store. Definitely worth it to try!

Customer service was the best !! They happily even replaced the ice cream that my daughter didn’t like. However I think the quality of the ice cream is not the best one. Based on the location and demand for beach side ice cream place, better quality ice cream could have served.

I ordered the Bubble Strawberry cone with strawberry toppings and It was Love at first Bite. The warm contrast of the Bubble waffle cone paired with the cold gourmet ice cream was as a perfect combination as Kobe and Shaq during the 2002 , threepeat title run.
Every bite was a double edged sword, on one hand I was grateful to be eating the best ice cream cone this earth has ever seen, on the other hand I knew each bite was bringing my euphoric dining experience to an end.
In conclusion, i give this establishment and experience a 15/10 , highly recommend
