Was great when Jeff opened it. It went down hill and the owners never paid their bills. (at least not the people that did property services for them) she closed down. With great reasons.

I have been here a few times since it opened, always great friendly service from staff and management. Food was always really good for the most part. Really I'm just sad that it's closed, I thought this was the one that would stick around but that's a hard spot for businesses.
Incredibly sad this place is closed. Discovered it last year and introduced our family to it, who also loved it. Food was amazing every time, drinks were awesome and our servers were so much fun. I hope they can reopen.

Went in for their lunch service, place was completely empty… including their employees. Stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without an employee even noticing.Their food could very well be delicious but their service is incredibly bad, wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to waste.

Went out for date night.Waitress was great, she recommended a nice bottle of wine. The menu definitely could have used a combo to accommodate for a date night, so we just got the brisket meal and added pulled pork, shrimp, and more sides. Our food came out and looked good. Unfortunately, the brisket and pulled pork were cold (not room temp). We told the waitress and she tool it back in the kitchen. It came back to us with flat top grill marks on the sides and still cold on the other slices. The shrimp was majorly overcooked at this point, so that was a loss. The manager came and apologized, saying it's smoked and the temps and such. Nice enough, but there is no way you can tell me that meat was from today, that was refrigerated cold.I bet if it was fresh it would be great.

We ordered a carry out and was a little surprised they didn't substitute sweet potato fries for regular fries. Not a big deal, ordered a side of regular fries. Pulled into the parking lot, smelled amazing with all the smokey-goodness. Came home to realize they forgot our side of regular fries and sweet potato fries... life happens we're human. Called and they refunded $12. Started eating and we were extremely disappointed!!! We had such high hopes based on all the reviews! We ordered the Texas charcuterie and the turkey and brisket were extremely dry especially since there was no sauce. (Our first time so not sure if we were supposed to ask for BBQ sauce.) Pulled pork and ribs had good flavor but also dry. The collard greens and beans were delicious but the cornbread... dry AF! Sucked all moisture out of my mouth. Also ordered the risotto without protein which was a tad undercooked but still creamy and flavorful and delicious.

CAYA was one of the food vendors at a local charity event. Their pulled pork BBQ nachos were amazing! We even ordered some to take home. Their service was outstanding. We will be driving to dine in at their establishment ASAP! Give it a try!

I recently co-hosting a bridal shower at CAYA Smokehouse, and I must say it was an absolute dream come true! From start to finish, our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional.First and foremost, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was beyond delicious! The bride-to-be and all our guests couldn't stop raving about how incredible the food was.The atmosphere at CAYA Smokehouse was just right. Loved the large windows that brought the outside in. It was the ideal backdrop for our bridal shower, and it made the day even more memorable. But what truly elevated our experience at CAYA Smokehouse was the impeccable service. The staff, Zachary and Marty, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. They were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for making our event special was truly commendable.CAYA Smokehouse is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it can get. Whether you're planning a special event like a bridal shower or simply looking for a fantastic dining experience, this restaurant is the perfect choice. Delicious food, a festive atmosphere, and excellent service – what more could you ask for? Thank you, CAYA Smokehouse, for making our bridal shower an unforgettable and magical day. We can't wait to return for more memorable moments in the future!

When we pulled up there was no one in the parking lot. After sifting through Google reviews we decided to give this place a shot. Glad we did. First off our server, Marty, aka possum Aloysius, is a TREASURE. I hope you're paying him well. If the food sucked I legit would go back just to let that man talk me up.We started with the burnt ends. I'm not going to lie, there were a few tough pieces, but as someone who smokes meat myself I tend to be a little more critical. 8/10I ordered hard cider and was served a local brew with a frosted mug. It was delicious 10/10I personally ordered the risotto with blackened chicken. The risotto flavor was spot on, albeit it could've cooked maybe 5 min longer. The chicken was cooked perfectly but was a tad salty. This dish normally comes with salmon and I should've let it because I think that would've been great 9/10My bf ordered a platter with brisket, pulled pork, apple slaw, Mac and cheese and their cornbread fritter. That fritter is what you get if a red lobster biscuit had a baby with cornbread- so good. I'm not a slaw person, so no rating. The Mac was spot on. The pulled pork was great. The brisket was just a little dry, but again I'm judgey McJudgerstein. 9/10I liked their horseradish sauce so much I bought two bottles.I saw someone complaining about this place on Google within a week of our visit, and that guy was blowing smoke. This place is worth a visit, I wish it was closer to home. Check my reviews, I don't mince words. My experience was good.
Parking: Lots of open spaces. Watch out for the geese

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the pulled pork and turkey and they were so tender, and the sauces are crazy good. The brussel sprouts were probably the best I ever had. Asparagus was awesome, and the spicy saucy with the sweet potatoes is next level. My wife and I really enjoyed the meal.. excellent service. Highly, highly recommend.
