Worst service possible. We were the 3rd vehicle in line, ordered 2 custard twists. 20 minutes later, several orders after ours were served, My husband went to ask for a refund. Our custard, as well as the car next to ours were served to us already melting. It is not hot today, thus it wouldn't melt instantly. The 2 custards were both supposed to be mediums, however 1 was more like a small and the other closer to a large. I could understand if they were busy, but they just did horrible by their customers in general

The convenience of getting ice cream in a drive thru with a kid is what makes this a favorite! Their ice cream is SO good and I enjoy the oatmilk selection too!
Loved the vegan options, as I've been coming here for years. I've been here about 3 - 4 times this summer, and got the same thing every time. Well, I returned today, about 2 weeks after my previous visit and was charged $5 more for the same 2 items I always buy. Gonna have to put my foot down and stop giving them my business.
Hi, Paul- we usually order a medium vegan twist cone and a medium toasted coconut in a cup. We had paid about $15.50 every time this summer, but yesterday we were charge around $20.50. I only had a 20 dollar bill on me at the time, so I lowered the size of the cone down to a small and our total was $19.44 I believe.

We love their icecream!! You have to be sure to order a small. The portions are a little strangely large. But that’s not a bad complaint I suppose. lol! Their selection is enormous and it’s delicious.

A great place to beat the heat on a summers day! Dairy Twist serves up some seriously good ice cream! Walk up service is available as is a drive thru! Can get very busy at times but don't get discouraged, service is fast! Nice selection of frozen dairy options to choose from with some decent prices to boot. Swing by Dairy Twist for a cold treat today!

Ordered a flurry cone, strawberry custard sundae and a large order of sea salt fries. Oh. I large coke.
The friendly staff. Bright building. Lots of options and clean seating area. All welcoming.
The fries were hot. Crisp. Salty and excellent. $4. Worth every penny :)
The custard. Rich vanilla flavor. Strawberries and whipped cream. Very good. Hard to finish it was a great size !
Flurry cone. Butterfinger. Very tasty. Good. Rich. Large.

I've been coming here ever since I moved nearby in 2020 and not once have I ever left not satisfied. Their service is relatively quick for how crowded they can get, Portion sizes are phenomenal, Staff is always friendly, And their ice cream is delicious!
