The Jet’s Pizza in Walled Lake is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. The place is visibly dirty the moment you walk in, and the customer service is awful. The staff is rude and dismissive, and they’ve messed up my order more times than I can count.
The food quality is just as bad. The salads look old and wilted, and the chicken wings were so disgusting I literally almost threw up after taking a bite. There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in that condition.
Zack, one of the managers, was extremely rude when I tried to address the issues. And honestly, it feels like the attitude and poor service start from the top — the owner clearly isn’t setting any real standards for professionalism or customer care.
I won’t be ordering from this location again. Between the lack of cleanliness, rude staff, and terrible food quality, this place is a complete disappointment. There are plenty of better Jet’s locations—avoid this one at all costs.

So I order from this location all the time and I’ve never written a review but I had to after today’s experience. It’s always on point but today was out of this world. The pizza was so crispy and so great topped with flavors. The wings were off the chain. The delivery drivers are always cool. Thank you guys keep up the great work.

Good location, my only complaint is they barely put any cinnamon sugar on the cinnamon sticks. All other locations use the proper amount. You can barely see it on the bread at this location. Don’t know why.

This location is a solid 5 ⭐️! I’ve ordered from other local Jet’s and the ownership is lousy. This franchise constantly puts out great pizza, management is good and employees are friendly and fast & looks clean and up to health code standards. The only reason why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is because this isn’t a sit down restaurant, so there isn’t much to remark about. I definitely recommend this location over other Jet’s that are in this local area!!
