terrible! not only we're we rushed by the cashier when placing our order, but the cookies my boyfriend specifically wanted, were not in the mix that he picked out. instead he was given cookies from 2 rows up. he even said more than once, that be wanted the bottom right ones, 4 of them to be correct. everything was completely picked over. not going back!!

Ninos Italian Bakery is a hidden gem in Walled Lake.
This small, locally owned bakery consistently delivers some of the most amazing donuts and pastries around—always fresh, delicious, and beautifully crafted. My coworkers are thrilled when I bring them into the office!
We’ve also enjoyed their loaves of bread and their whole cakes.
Beyond the sweet treats, they offer a fantastic variety of savory options, sandwiches, pizza ingredients and take n bakes. Ninos has a small market of specially curated Italian specialties.
The friendly and welcoming staff make every visit a pleasure. If you’re in the area, Ninos is a must-try!

I’ve ordered my holiday and special occasion pies from Ninos for years. The girls that work the counter are very nice. As of this writing a very high-quality fruit pie that feeds six people is only $11.

I placed an order for 4 cookies and they striaght up didn't make them at all and ignored the entire order bcz I didnt take their call on Sunday, Fathers Day, because I was busy. They called dsy of pickup after I bought a doughnut, and said they didn't make them at all. I guess they don't want business, money, or loyal customers.

Fabulous, classic Italian bakery was my first impression of Nino’s. Outstanding food (Italian sub, cookies and chocolate bomb cake) were another highlight of Nino’s. The most important reason I will be returning is the fantastic service. I am so happy to have found Nino’s Italian bakery. They have a huge array of genuine Italian selections. I’m looking forward to trying their Sourdough Bread and classic pepperoni cheese rolls at my next visit.

Nino’s is amazing! Their food and baked goods are top notch and so is the service. We recently made a large pre-order for Paczki day and I had requested that the flavors be packaged separately since they were for many different staff members at my workplace. Not only did they package them separately and label the outside of the boxes, they also labeled the inside of the boxes and had arrows point at each flavor! It really is the little things that mean the most. I’m sure Paczki day is one of their busiest times of the year yet they still took the time to go above and beyond to make sure we knew which Paczki was which.Even when we eventually move from the Walled Lake area, we will still travel back to get some Nino’s. Highly, highly recommend them!

I never write reviews, but I had a poor experience that hopefully will not happen to anyone else in the future. In mid December I called to order a Tiramasu cake for my mother's 60th birthday party that we were having on NYE. 10am on NYE, I call the store to ask for their closing hours so I know when to pick up the cake. I was told on the phone that they would be closing at 3pm, and that I could pick up anytime before then. Fast forward to 2pm, I am busy decorating for the party, so I miss a phone call from Nino's. They leave a voicemail saying that they are closing early and I need to get there ASAP. I see this voicemail at 2:20pm, as I am about to leave to pick up the cake. I call and no one answers. I rush out the door and get to Nino's at 2:30pm. No one is there, and there is a sign on the door that says they closed early at 2pm, even though they knew that I was coming before 3pm to get the cake. So, I did not have a cake for my mother's milestone birthday (she specifically requested Tiramasu). I was extremely disappointed and surprised at the poor service, especially since it is a small business. I can not speak to the quality of their product, but their customer service was extremely poor.
