They make the best Frappucinos at this location but i just think its ridiculous that they close 30 minutes before they are actually supposed to close so they can clean the blender. Normally you close at your advertised time and then clean up to go home. Just change your hours if you want to stop taking orders 30 min before you close. I ordered two Venti Caffe Mochas. Didn't drink them until I arrived at my destination, about 5 minutes away. There was absolutely no chocolate in either cup. The person making these coffees was too busy talking to other people instead of doing her job. Unfortunately I couldn't go back to have the drinks re-made. I had driven two hours to get to my sister's house. One of the coffees was for her. I was there to help her take care of her husband who was on hospice.
Great friendly service, however since this is not a corporate location, they lack a lot of the normal stuff you would find at a regular corporate location. Such as pour overs. Not available
