I truly hope the new location turns out better .I've been going to this location many many years as it's the only one close to us .You rarely get a night where u don't have to get home and not have all your food .It's crazy or messed up orders .I just ordered again and now one of my family members has to go back as again forgot food and broken tacos like what is going on .Take your time and focus on the work your hires for it's beginning to have me quit this whole area .Maple road Taco bell please get with it .

But from last few months the food quality is really going down the pipe,
I have ordered food from here and have picked up through the driveway multiple times in the recent few months but every single time I regret coming to this location. The food is either not fresh or has a missing taco bell appeal.
Im a huge local business supporter but hate to say this “ it looks like the kitchen staff is not happy at all so they’re making food to brush off the customers”
I really hope things to get better again and food to become great like all other franchises.
Won’t be coming back to this location. Food was stale. Took forever to get. Also the area where they assemble the food looks disgusting and not sanitary. I know they are understaffed but that doesn’t mean neglect cleanliness.

Wow! I can't believe the negative comments! I have never had any issues at this place. The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. Come on people, give these kids a break , they don't get paid nearly enough , they're understaffed and overworked. Have some grace , be kind , it's Taco Bell, not a pricey upscale restaurant. All of us are all doing the best we can do , just trying to make a living. Thank you. 🙏🏻

Drive thru employee neglected to put the mild sauce in the bag as requested. Poor customer service.
Even poorer customer service noted. The soft taco was not soft. It was stale as evidenced by cracking. What type of soft taco cracks like a cracker? I'm calling corporate in the morning.
