I witnessed my favorite tik toker who works here get disrespected by her own manager. She goes by the name Zena I saw her crying when she was walking to the bathroom I had to give her a huge hug and tip her poor thing. She doesn’t deserve to work there. She didn’t deserve that at all.

This place is terrible and they never have workers and they take forever. I’m in line writing this and I have been here for an hour. I would drive the extra miles to go to one in Waterford or novi. 100% would not recommend
We will typically stop once a week to dine in and for the last month or so, the doors have been locked around 5pm on several occasions. The staff don’t provide a reason or note on the door, just stand there and stare at you trying to open the door. The drive thru is always 15 cars deep and takes minimum 30 minutes and 99% of the time food is wrong or missing. When the right people are working (literally a choice 3 or 4 people, and they’re so great!) everything is fresh, clean, stocked and correct. Since we are fairly regular, we have noticed a lot and have also witnessed the girls working there get into several fights while on the clock. They are also out of random things such as sauce and tortillas often. For how much volume this store does, it’s so sad to see corporate treating it like the red headed step child and not ensuring they have what and who they need. We have even seen someone come in for an interview and had staff tell her that the person she was supposed to interview with told her she would be in 2 hours later because she had things to do, but didn’t tell the candidate. I wish this location would get the help they need because it could be so great.

I truly hope the new location turns out better .I've been going to this location many many years as it's the only one close to us .You rarely get a night where u don't have to get home and not have all your food .It's crazy or messed up orders .I just ordered again and now one of my family members has to go back as again forgot food and broken tacos like what is going on .Take your time and focus on the work your hires for it's beginning to have me quit this whole area .Maple road Taco bell please get with it .
