Service is always pretty good, food is typically what you would expect from a Timmy's, and just like any place else these days, the cost is higher than you would like, but thats expect anyone.

Just to be aware, this location has a geographical confusion, don’t enter from N Pontiac Trail, that goes to Wendy’s, they don’t have good croissants like Tim Hortons. Please enter from the other side. I wanted to get a sandwich from Tim Hortons but in Wendy’s. It was yuck. I told the guy at Wendy’s, they didn’t replace it then came to the other window. I told my concern they acknowledged it and made the sandwich even though they didn’t make the sandwich. Then I realized I was at Wendy’s previously and the employees from Tim Hortons ensured me this happened many times. As always Tim Hortons service is towards customer. I’m proud to be Tim Hortons customer. So Tim Hortons customer, please go to the correct entrance. One last question to Tim Hortons manager why Wendy’s brand name is above Tim Hortons Window? That’s what confuses the customer.

Very rude blonde lady in the mornings drive through! Talking bad about every customer who doesn't leave tips. She doesn't like to do her job and complaints about people who use apple pay. She's pretending to be nice in your face and saying, thank you with the attitude. Took me about 20 trips there before making this complaint. Really don't like my mood to be ruined in the morning by a barista! PS. At least wait till the person leave before making your comments or change that attitude!

I am a long time regular customer of this store and have been very happy with the food and Cheryl and the other staff. The exterior maintenance of this building is an embarrassment to the city it is in. All of the other fast food operations have good looking exteriors. This one has weeds galore all the time, dead bushes, signs that need repair, can hardly hear the order taker at the drive-thru and the ordering board is often covered in dirt. It is an embarrassment to the corporate people and or a franchisee. I am not sure who is responsible for the outside maintenance since it is paired with a Wendy's but I am going to submit a complaint to the city of Walled Lake if nothing is done about it. It won't take a lot of work - a terrible shame.

My favorite Tim Hortons! Employees are always super nice, food and coffee are always so good! Had just walked up there with my dog, they gave him a water bowl and a pup cup! They always offer him a donut in the drive thru. Always clean inside!

Worst buisness ever terrible managment the District manager smokes her vape and promotes vaping in the store very rude to customers and terrible attitude! Not to mention how absolutely disgusting her stores are both commerce and walled lake no one ever washes there hands lets the garbage over flow no gloves used when prepping food stay away!
Ordered at the wrong location by accident. Lady in drive thru told me I had to go to that location instead of trying to let me reorder there instead. Finally got her to just let me reorder and I’d cancel my order at the other store later, just for her to get my order wrong and forget an item entirely. She read my order back to me with that item, but when I got to the window another employee said it was never on the order at all and made me pay extra to receive it. Then the coffee I ordered wasn’t even stirred, everything settled at the bottom and was disgusting. I ordered both coffees with oat milk and they used regular milk instead. I’m lactose intolerant and had already driven away when I realized. Do not go here.
