The black chick with the glasses and short hair running drive-thru window morning crew needs to make sure she knows how to count. she short changed me I don't know if she put it in her pocket or if it's in her till but that's Petty

Used to have great coffee, doughnuts, and customer service, but unfortunately the place isn't very stocked up lately on baked goods, and they seem to be constantly short staffed. I will edit this review if there are any improvements, but as of now I can't recommend this location.
I had to stop going to this Tim hortons because, without fail, they can never hear me through the drive thru screen. I don’t have this problem anywhere else. I get the same thing every time, two donuts, and we go through the same process of them confirming that I only want one donut four or five times before they tell me to come to the window. I try rephrasing “no, I’d like two please. Two donuts. Two of those.” And then I pull up to the window and they hand me one. They never say they’re out of them or that they only have one, and I feel like I’m insane every time. It’s been a long time since I’ve patronized this one because of this, but I just went today and the same thing happened so I think I’m avoiding this one for good.

I genuinely do not understand the young male employee with the mustaches absolute hatred for his job. Every single time I have gotten my coffee from him, it's made wrong and he has an attitude about it. It's unnecessary and he shouldn't be working with people or their food if he's going to act like a depressed teenager.
Side note, the blonde lady that works the drive thru is kind and professional and deserves a raise.
Incredibly disrespectful staff. I was shocked how I was treated. The man who took my order was nice, but the woman who gave me my order was so rude. I have never been treated so bad in public.

Seems every time I've gone here lately just rude service but today was horrible the cashier yelled at me because of they're mistakes on a split order smh
My first time ever visiting this location and it was a horrible experience. the man who took my order was nice and pleasant but as soon as i got to the window I was rudely greeted by an older white woman. who had the rudest, unwelcoming attitude ever … never going back again.

Best service out of any Tim Hortons around. The ladies in the morning are always a joy, bringing smiles with every cup served!!!
I do heating and cooling there every morning. No matter how long the line they keep it moving, and rarely get it wrong, always great service .Thanks guys
